You’ll board a small aircraft at Zanzibar Airport. You’ll fly over lush green landscape and savannahs that lead into the northern safari circuit. As you near Arusha National Park, you'll be able to see the towering peaks of Mount Meru in the distance, the second-highest mountain in Tanzania, standing at over 4,500 meters. The park itself is a patchwork of forests, lakes with a variety of wildlife visible from above. You will also have time to do a walking safari with ranger guide and canoeing.
