From the tangy flavour of injera to the rich aroma of Ethiopian coffee; from the hypnotic chants of a Sufi ceremony to the rhythms of Ethiopian jazz; from the earthy aroma of the Hamer tribe's hairdo to the thousand spices of Harar’s markets and its bright-coloured houses.
