This 1 day birding trip will take place in the wetlands known as the Mabamba wetlands found in Lake Victoria in Wakiso district. These Wetlands are characterized by the Shoebill stork besides being a habit for a variety of several other bird species. Mabamba Bay is located northwest of the Entebbe peninsula. Three of Mabamba's most important protected bird species are the papyrus gonolek, blue swallow, and shoebill.
