First of all, we have to define "safari destination". In my response, I rather took this as "wildlife destination", since neither Kibale nor Bwindi are really "safari destinations" for me.
I saw 10 different pimates, which is extraordinary. Plus, you have a chance of enjoying hippos, elephants, and even lions, and a great variety of birds making this an amazing wildlife destination.

Amazing Murchison falls
I and my hubby booked a 4day Murchison falls trip, Esther was so helpful in all the arrangement process, email reply was prompt and very knowledgeable. We saw amazing wildlife, high concentration of animals and birds, beautiful sceneries with enormous palm trees thanks to our driver guide Kennedy whose eagle eye made sure we saw a lot than expected. We highly recommend this company and Murchison falls

Gorilla & Chimps, but also much more
This trip it is not all about primates, even though the Gorilla in Bwindi and the Chimps in Kibale are the main purpose of any safari in this Country.
Sir Winston Churchill was right in saying that this is the "pearl of Africa": the sources of the river Nile, the Murchison Falls, the lakes (Victoria, Albert, Edeard, George, not to mention the volcanic crater lakes), the Rwenzori Mountains, the Volcanoes.
The traditional game drives in the National Parks (Kidepo, Murchison Falls and Queen Elizabrth) are eautiful and very interesting especially for bird watchers, but of course this is not a big five premier destination.

Ngoni Safaris was an excellent tour operator and the guide was absolutely incredible.
Uganda surprised me. The amount of wild life, species of birds, quality lodges, made our trip unforgettable. The chimp and gorilla visits of the trip were magical. The gorilla trek offered us an opportunity to view the ground of gorillas including babies.
I highly recommend a visit to Uganda.

Opulent
Uganda is everything you expect to see in Africa, from the beautiful friendly people, to the charismatic animals, and the wild and picturesque scenery. My husband and I had only a short time to see all we could, and Jennifer at Peak Cruise Safaris ensured we got to see what we asked for, and more. Loved it.
