Your journey starts in Maun with a light aircraft flight down to the Central Kalahari where you will spend the next two nights enjoying this incredible and diverse area. Tau Pan is the first semi-permanent camp inside the Central Kalahari Game Reserve and offers incredible views from the elevated ridge of an ancient sand dune. It's an unusual experience in a land as flat as Botswana and overlooks the famous Tau Pan, recognised for its stark beauty and remoteness. Enjoy an afternoon game drive and back at camp for dinner and night.

Exploring Central Kalahari
Activities offered at Tau Pan are game drives, star gazing, and nature walks with Bushman trackers. Optional activities (at an extra cost) also include days trips to the well-known Deception Valley, Sunday, Piper and Passarge Pans. Species that can be found in the Kalahari include oryx, the desert-adapted springbok, jackal, the rare brown hyena, red-crested korhaan and herds of wildebeest. From Kalahari to the Delta
Today, you will depart the semi-arid Kalahari by light aircraft and head to Kwando Splash Camp, located in the heart of the Okavango Delta, within the Private Kwara Reserve. The Kwara Reserve shares a 30 km water boundary with the famous Moremi Game Reserve. Its unique location boasts both permanent water and seasonal flood plains as well as extensive dry bush wilderness. Arrive at the lodge and relax before the afternoon game drive. Back at camp for a sumptuous dinner under the stars (weather permitting).

Water and Land Activities
Located around a pan, each of the 12 rooms is situated on a deck overlooking the pan which attracts game all year round.

Linyanti Wetlands
Today you make your way by light aircraft to your next incredible destination in Botswana, the Kwando Lagoon Camp located on the banks of the wild Kwando River. The area has a well-earned reputation for big game and large herds of elephant and buffalo. This vast concentration of game attracts the attention of large predators. Afternoon game drive and back at camp for dinner and night.

Wild Dog and More
Activities include game drives, walks, seasonal fishing and boat cruises. The unique double-deck boat allows several guests the opportunity to drift along the river while enjoying spectacular views, mammal and birdlife as you sip your 'sundowner' of choice. The Lagoon wild dog pack den is regularly close to the camp and the excellent viewing opportunities have led to Lagoon's reputation as the place to see wild dogs in Botswana.
