Early in the morning, you start the journey from Dar es Salaam to Mikumi National Park with a private jeep. Approximately it takes about 5 hours to drive with one stop in Morogoro for lunch before proceeding to Mikumi National Park. On arrival in Mikumi National Park, you start with visiting the Maasai boma.

Mikumi game drive/viewing
You have a full-day game drive in Mikumi National Park. It is nestled between the Uruguru mountains to the east and the rift valley escarpment in the southwest. Mikumi National Park makes for a good impression of the African animal world and is suitable very well for short visits. Mikumi National Park is host to a large number of giraffes, elephants, buffalo, and zebras as well as lions, wildebeest, hippopotamus, impala, and many other animals. Overnight stay will be at Camp Bastian on a full board basis.

Hiking Udzungwa Mountain and waterfalls
After breakfast, drive to Udzungwa Mountain National Park while accompanied by park lunch you eat at the picnic campsites which your guide choose for you. Proceed hiking to Sanje waterfalls, the attractive unique features of Udzungwa Mountains also when we proceed trekking the mountain you may see different primates like baboons, monkeys, Colobus, and so many primates. Dinner and overnight stay will be at Camp Bastian in Mikumi.

The morning after breakfast, you will be departing to Dar es salaam to catch your ferry to Zanzibar, or to the hotel to relax, or to the airport.
