fantastic customer service, unforgettable experience

I booked last minute (9pm the night before) for a one-day trip to Mikumi National Park from Dar es Salaam. Firstly, the experience was incredible - more animals per hour than any national park I've been to - baby elephants, baby giraffes, a lioness and cubs hiding away (but we saw them!) and a lion that walked alongside the jeep. Absolutely brilliant. Secondly, the customer service was exceptional - Winnie from the team was so responsive, booking everything even though it was late and pick up was 5am, and I had a private guide and driver in the park. Connections and transport was seamless, from hotel pick-up to train station, train, pick up and drive to the park, and back again. Flawless. Shout out to Winnie, drivers Adam, Isaya and Ibrahim, and safari guide Saloniki.

Amazing organisation and contact throughout the process. Felt like I was in good hands.

Winnie’s communication throughout was exceptional. I cannot compliment her more because she really made sure everything was done properly. There was never a question unanswered and everything was organised perfectly with no problems. We felt safe and comfortable at all times and well looked after. Thank you so much for a once in a lifetime safari that we will remember forever! I would give 10 stars if I could :)

From start to finish, this safari was absolutely outstanding! Communication was seamless, even before the trip, and the service was top-notch—everything was tailored to our needs. The value for money? A solid 12/10! 😅 We saw an incredible amount of wildlife and had what felt like a private tour, just the two of us, rather than being packed into a vehicle with ten others. On top of that, our driver had perfect timing, always getting us to the right spots at the right moment. You could truly tell he loved his job and knew the area inside out—he shared so much fascinating knowledge with us. Truly an exceptional experience—couldn’t be happier!

The accommodation was very clean, and the food was excellent. Everything was always answered for us, and we were well guided around. Overall, a very well-organized safari.
