Luxury Ivory Tree Game Lodge All-inclusive

Ivory Tree Game Lodge is situated in the North West Province and is in a malaria-free area close to Sun City. It is an approximate 2.5-hour drive from Johannesburg and is located next to Bakgatla Gate. The lodge offers commanding views of the distant bushveld amphitheater and is superbly positioned adjacent to the Pilanesberg Game Reserve’s wilderness area, thus offering the opportunity of walking trails in this untouched environment. You can enjoy 2 game drives daily in the Pilanesberg National Park during the morning and evening. The game drives will take between 3 and 4 hours, with a sundowner stop at sunset and a coffee stop in the morning. You will enjoy lunch and dinner on the first day.

Please note: Check-in is at 3:00. Children under the age of 6 are not permitted on game drives at this lodge, but you may make sole use of a vehicle to facilitate your family at an additional cost. Inquire concerning extra cost.

Program guidelines (may differ):

During summer, the morning game drives are from 5:30 to 8:30 am and the evening game drives are from 4:30 to 7:30 pm. Breakfast is served between 8:00 to 10:30 am. You will enjoy lunch from 1:00 to 2:30 pm. You'll enjoy high tea from 4:00 to 4:30 pm, and return for dinner at 7:00 to 9:00 pm. The lodge and the bar close at 10:00 pm.

During winter, the wake-up call is at 6:00, with tea and coffee served in the Lapa. you'll leave for the game drive at 6:30 am and return for breakfast served between 8:00 and 10:30 am. After lunch from 12:30 to 2:00 pm, you'll have an afternoon tea in the lapa at 3:00 pm. You'll leave at 3:30 pm for your afternoon game drive and return for dinner served between 7:00 and 9:00 pm.
Transfers from Johannesburg or OR Tambo Airport to the lodge and return are at an extra cost. If you require road transfers and don't want to self-drive to the lodge and return, please advise and we will gladly quote on the additional cost.
