Day 1

Nairobi to Amboseli National Park

Nairobi to Amboseli National Park

You will be picked up early in the morning to start your safari to Amboseli National Park. The park is famous for its scenery, which includes a backdrop of snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro which dominates the landscape, and its open plains. Arrive at Sentrim Amboseli for lunch. Check in and have a short rest to relax and freshen up. Embark on an evening game drive in search of its popular residents such as the well-known predators and their prey like zebra, wildebeest, giraffe, and hippo. Enjoy the view of Mount Kilimanjaro. Dinner and overnight are at the camp.

Day 2

Amboseli Full Day

Amboseli Full Day

You have two options for your day at Amboseli Park. You can leave camp after breakfast, carrying your packed lunch to enjoy in the wild. Spend the entire day exploring Amboseli's marshlands and swamps, then return to the camp late in the afternoon after a long day of exploration.

If you choose the second option, begin with an early morning game drive to see the animals when they are most active. Afterwards, return to the lodge for breakfast and lunch. Spend the hottest part of the day relaxing in camp, reading, writing in your journal, or observing the local birds. In the late afternoon, at around 4 pm, head out for another drive through the park.

Day 3

Amboseli National Park to Lake Naivasha

Amboseli National Park to Lake Naivasha

After breakfast, we set off from Amboseli to Lake Naivasha. You will have a stopover to view the escarpments of the Great Rift Valley. Thereafter, you will be taken to the hotel to have a sumptuous lunch. After refreshing, you will head to Lake Naivasha (a freshwater lake), which lies at the bottom of the Great Rift Valley. On the boat ride, you will see plenty of various bird species and hippopotamus. You will then go to Crescent Island for a safari walk, where you will see wild animals like giraffes, zebras, waterbucks, antelopes, and gazelles. Should you want to explore more, you can visit Hell's Gate Park and the geothermal spa at an extra cost.

Day 4

Lake Naivasha to Lake Nakuru

Early in the morning, you will depart Naivasha and head to Lake Nakuru National Park for an amazing game drive. The park is famous for being a rhino sanctuary and home to a large population of flamingos and pelicans. You are encouraged to keep your camera ready to shoot any sightings of animals like lions, leopards, giraffes, gazelles, and many more. Check in at Lake Nakuru Lodge for lunch and relaxation. As the day closes and the sun sets, you will be driven back to the lodge where you will enjoy dinner and relax for the next day's excursion.

Day 5

Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara

Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara

On this day, you will depart Lake Nakuru and drive to Masai Mara National Reserve. Upon arrival, you will check in at Masai Mara Sopa and have lunch. Afterwards, you will have a rest before embarking on your first game drive in the Masai Mara. The reserve is renowned for its abundant wildlife, including the Big Five, wildebeest migration, and its vast savannah landscapes. In the evening, you return to your accommodation for dinner and unwind around a campfire, sharing stories of the day's adventures.

Have breakfast by 7 am and leave for a full-day game drive with a packed lunch. You will have comprehensive game drives to view the wildlife and a visit to the Mara River, famous for the wildebeest migration. Have lunch by the river and proceed with the game drive until 4 pm. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
