Professional and helpful
We had an amazing experience with Amazing Memories on our 4-day Luxury Kenya safari. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and it honestly turned out to be the perfect safari trip for us. From the pickup at the airport to the Safari.
Our guide Kevin, was one of the biggest highlights. He was incredibly kind, respectful, patient and knowledgeable. He made the game drives enjoyable, helped us spot all the animals we wanted to see and shared so much interesting information along the way. He even went above and beyond after the safari by helping us get SIM cards for the rest of our stay in Nairobi.
The 6-hour long drive to the Masai Mara was also made very comfortable. We had a Land Cruiser in excellent condition, and there was WiFi in the vehicle throughout the journey . If you can afford to though, just take a bush plane. I’m grateful our ride was comfortable.
The accommodation provided in both the Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru was excellent; beautiful, comfortable and picturesque. And the food deserves a special mention! It was genuinely one of the highlights of the trip. After a long day of game drives, coming back to a delicious and nourishing meal was something we really looked forward to.
I especially appreciated the thoughtfulness of the staff at Sarova Lion Hill Game Lodge. Returning to our room to find warmers placed in our beds was such a lovely touch. It may seem like a small detail, but it showed a level of intentionality and care that made the experience even more special.
And, of course, the safari itself was incredible! We saw all the animals we had hoped to see and took so many beautiful pictures that my phone memory is now full 😂. The scenery, wildlife and entire experience gave us memories we will treasure for a very long time.
Amazing Memories did an excellent job; from giving us the kindest guide and a comfortable, well-maintained Land Cruiser to selecting wonderful accommodation and making sure the entire trip ran smoothly.
It was everything we hoped our Kenya safari would be and more. Thank you, Amazing Memories, for living up to your name and giving us truly amazing memories.
I would happily recommend them to anyone planning a safari in Kenya.

This spring, while planning my trip to Kenya and comparing different travel agencies, I came across Amazing Memories and found a travel package that promised an authentic and wonderful experience at an affordable price. From the very beginning, Brian was always available and attentive. He understood my needs, fulfilled my requests, and gave me valuable advice throughout the planning of the entire trip. His professionalism really stood out when I ran into an unexpected problem: my earlier flight was cancelled. Within just a few hours—and without me even having to ask Brian managed to reorganize my itinerary so that I wouldn’t miss a single activity. I truly appreciated how quickly and efficiently he handled the situation. Robert, our guide, was equally exceptional.
