Absolute Excellence

My family had a superb safari holiday arranged by All Time Safaris. The booking process was excellent - Sammy provided understanding of our needs, offering numerous options and limitless patience with many changes. In particular understanding our budget and offering the best possible value within it. The communication and customer service throughout our trip was amazing - Titus was available at all hours to help us with any queries or difficulties. He went above and beyond to find our daughter's phone that she had left in a hotel and return it to us. And helped us sort out excess luggage when we had packed too much for the SafariLink planes. He even arranged a transfer for us at the end of the trip when we were no longer travelling with All Time Safaris.

The trip itself was incredible. A special experience for our family with wonderful wildlife encounters, superb accommodation and lovely people at every point. It was entirely seamless and always felt reassuringly like everything was under control.

I highly recommend All Time Safaris `- amazing personalised service, value for money and the providers of the most memorable experience ever for our family. Thank you all!

We had an incredible safari experience in Kenya. Every aspect of the safari, planned and executed by the team, surpassed our expectations, leaving us with memories to cherish for a lifetime. We felt it was great value for money.

Our journey across Kenya's breathtaking landscapes allowed us to witness the beauty of nature and the warmth of its people in abundance, thanks to your expert guidance and seamless coordination. From the vast savannas to the majestic wildlife encounters, every moment was filled with wonder and awe.

I must extend a special thank you to Francis, our exceptional guide throughout the safari. His extensive knowledge of Kenya's wildlife and local culture enriched our experience beyond measure. Francis's professionalism, kindness, and unwavering dedication ensured that every safari excursion was not only informative but also deeply memorable.

Furthermore, I want to express my gratitude to the entire team for their outstanding support and hospitality. From the comfortable accommodations to the delicious meals served with a side of local flair, every detail was thoughtfully curated to enhance our safari adventure. The communication was very good with everyone along the way.

Exceeding Expectations!!

For the past 27 years since my wife and I visited Kenya on safari, we have vowed to take our children back there to experience the magic of this east African gem. When the opportunity arose to get away this summer we had only a month to plan this trip. I researched at least 6 Nairobi based tour operators and poured over numerous itineraries and All Time Safaris offered the most of what we wanted on safari. I worked with Titus every step of the way and he was diligent and very patient in dealing with my daily emails full of questions and requests and where we wanted to add or customize our tour he promptly gave me all of my options with updated and fully detailed itineraries.

At the crack of dawn on the first day, Titus personally met us at our hotel and escorted us to the airport for the flight to our first camp in Amboselli. He provided me his personal cell phone number and assured me we could contact him at any time with any questions or concerns. Titus was there to meet us 3 more times during our 9-day journey just to make sure our transfers were flawless and efficient and he was there at the very end to take us to the airport for our flight home.

The trip fully exceeded even our over the top expectations with beautiful tented camps in gorgeous surroundings, spacious and open vehicles for our daily game drives and the friendly and always accommodating nature of all of the camp staff and guides along the way. I would not hesitate to recommend All Time Safaris to anyone seeking a highly qualified tour operator in Kenya. Hats off to Titus and his team for their attention to detail and personal service aimed at ensuring our satisfaction and lasting wonderful memories.

Outstanding in every respect

Titus put together a brilliant schedule for us at very little notice. We knew next to nothing about safaris but needed to act fast to secure flights. Titus came up with flexible suggestions and managed to book us into some truly wonderful camps, including managing flight bookings in between each. He and the team were incredibly responsive and proactive throughout, including booking and also whilst we were on the trip. We felt in safe hands throughout. And when we needed help with transfers or visiting local places like the Sheldrick centre in Nairobi, Titus was extremely accommodating.

I can't recommend All Time Safaris highly enough – we had the trip of a lifetime, all managed very efficiently, smoothly and in a friendly and reassuring manner.

They help us from the very beginning of the trip, not only with the itinerary, but also with some tips about visas, COVID, travelling with children and similar things.

During the trip, the guide was excellent in terms of explanations and help, again beyond the expectations (for instance, we forgot certain things in the first hotel and he managed to recover them)

If I would go back to Kenia, I will certainly get them again
