I had the best experience with Francisco who helped us book the safari a couple of months earlier. He explained everything clearly, and he was also very accommodating, always keeping in close contact. The quality of the safari was great, the driver was extremely punctual, and the food was absolutely incredible. Honestly, even better than some of the restaurants that we went to when staying in Tanzania. I would thoroughly recommend this safari and this company. Thank you.

Francisco has been super helpful and responsive in all of the possible ways. From the start when giving us the quotation, he was very helpful and quick to our questions and concerns. One of our travel companions lost his baggage, Francisco was also giving us a hand to get the baggage back from the airport. The Safari trip was amazing as well with the detailed information and helpful services from the guide.

Our guide Raphael is very experienced, professional, and patient. His driving skills are superb and very considerate. He not only showed us "big five", black rhinoceroses, leopards, and horned horses crossing the river, but also patiently explained knowledge related to animals and geography to us.We are very grateful and fortunate to have chosen such a great local agency and guide. Our trip was perfect.

At that time, we compared many local agencies, and in the end, LAPPET's sincerity and practicality led us to choose them.
Firstly, Francisco's response was very timely. When he gave the quotation, he provided all the details, which made people feel good. And before we paid the deposit, he would confirm with all the hotels we chose if there were any available rooms, so we ended up staying at the hotels we wanted to stay at without changing hotels. This is really great!
Our guide Raphael is very experienced and professional! The driving was very stable and humorous, and we were very happy every day. On this trip to Tanzania, we saw the Big Five and a horned horse crossing the river. We were really lucky and worth it!

The whole safari trip is perfect! Noel, the key exaggeration guide, can give professional advice, take us to see the animals we want to see, the car is well maintained, the car is basically cleaned every day, the car is clean and tidy, very good!
