Paid but was left stranded

I had a bad experience with this company. I booked a permit for rushaga in Bwindi NP through this company. The hike was supposed to start from the headquarters office. I was provided with a guide who had already registered for a group of 7 people.

When the trekking started we got a family that was 1 hour away. The company drove me to the beginning of the trekking but then left me stranded after the trekking. I had to ask for help of the local people to make my way back to the hotel. They did not want to take me back with their vehicle although there was plenty of space in the car.

PearlAfric has offered us an amazing trip through the (south)west of Uganda with an excellent driver

PearlAfric is an Ugandian tour operator which knows the nicest accommodations for the best price. In almost all our lodges and resorts we had full board. This meant for us that we could chose from a menu and we had the opportunity to ask for a lunch package if we had a gamedrive or another excursion. Most lodges and resorts were within a short range of National Parks. The contact went via email, and when we had to change something, we sent an email and it was solved.

Sam, Patrick, Joel & Omar were excellent operators - fantastic service the best safari weekend ever!

The weekend was very well organised, everything ran on time & the safari team made sure we utilised the day. The accommodation and sunrise game drive were amazing & we saw lots of animals in murchison national park. I would definitely recommend this tour agency! Thank you Pearl Afric!

Had such a good time on our safari with Pearl afric. The vans are comfortable and the guides are great fun and told us so much about africa and all the animals we seen. Got the full safari experience with then

Sam was the ultimate guide and driver for our safari’s.

Our guide was Sam and he did an outstanding job in so many ways. He was excellent on the Safari’s of knowing where to look for different animals and having a large knowledge base on each animal. We saw a Leopard which was an animal we really hoped to see.
He was very personable and accommodating. On our next trip to Uganda we will request Sam as our guide again!
