My experience is that this company is not genuine. The owner does not give his real information on invoices.
I traveled with Marhaba Holidays in October 2024 for my 30th birthday trip. The highlight of this trip was supposed to be the safari I organized with Marhaba Holidays. Unfortunately, the experience was disastrous from the start.
There was an issue with the vehicle, which disrupted a significant part of my stay. The program I paid for was not respected at all. I did not get to experience the hot air balloon safari, and I was supposed to have four game drives but ended up having only one.
Since mid-October, I have been trying to get a refund for the activities that were not provided. However, the director of this agency—an agency whose office locations and contact details appear to be fake—refuses to refund me.
If I can offer one piece of advice: avoid this so-called agency. They can ruin your vacation, shatter your dream of going on a safari, and steal your money. I trusted them to organize this safari, and I also trusted them when they assured me that I would be reimbursed in the weeks following my complaint. This has not happened.
Felix has not been honest with me.
Please save your money and run !!

We had the most incredible honeymoon, thanks to Marhaba Holidays. From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized, leaving us free to enjoy every moment of our safari adventure through Kenya. We visited Nairobi, Amboseli, Naivasha, and the Masai Mara, and each stop was more breathtaking than the last.
Our guides, Joseph and Helene, were nothing short of amazing. They were not only highly knowledgeable about the wildlife and the region's history, but they were also incredibly warm, respectful, and fun to be around. They felt more like friends than guides by the end of our journey. Their insights during the safaris enhanced the entire experience, and they truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a magical time.

My husband and I used Marhaba Holidays for our honeymoon excursion in Kenya. From the very beginning, our communication with Felix was easy, responsive and comfortable. We were able to tailor our trip exactly how we wanted from the places to visit, the hotels we stayed at, and the special requests we had for our honeymoon. The overall cost was a great value as we reached out to multiple vendors and Marhaba was the most competitive rate. Our guides, Joseph and Hellen, were absolutely amazing. They were very knowledgeable, kind, respectful and easy going. They cared for us very well and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.
