Fantastic experience

My mom and I just returned from our South African vacation. If there was one word to describe it, it was simply FANTASTIC. I made so many memories with my mom and that will stay forever with me. The way the entire trip was organized was exemplary. All of the tour guides were extremely kind and courteous. It was wonderful meeting Norman at Johannesburg. The Lukimbi safari was an experience we will never forget. Their ranger and tracker were wonderful and made sure we spotted the leopard on the last morning before we left so my mom could check off her "Big 5" list. Capetown simply blew me away. Having traveled a lot all over the world, I will say that it is now one of my most favorite cities. Brenda was a wonderful guide and made sure we saw everything and more even though the marathon on the weekend presented an unforeseen challenge. I will say that we will back with my entire family for sure as this is a trip that cannot be done only once. Kudos to Patrick and the entire team at Mmilo Tours!

Trustworthy, extraordinary assistance and guidance. The best trip by far of my lifetime and this was made possible by Norman (Organizer, Inbound Consultant) and Anton (our tour guide) from Mmilo Tours. We told Norman what we wanted to do and see and he designed a wonderful itinerary, sightseeing & safari. Truly amazing service. He designed, proposed a Panorama trip that was perfect. Our guide Anton, came and picked us up at the hotel, drove us everywhere, he was so helpful, kind and knowledgeable. We felt secured always and guided to see the best things. Kruger tour organised by the tour group. Very good service. All spot on including pick from airport. Booked nice accommodation next to crocodile river. Recommend the scenic trip, a nice way to see part of S Africa. Saw 4 out 5 big five. Nice time to visit Kruger. Recommend Mmilo tour operator.

Four of us decided to tour SA for safari as well as to cover other attractions. When I contacted Patrick of Mmilo tours for safari, I enquired about them handling other parts of tour as well.
Patrick arranged a 6 hour tour of Johannesburg, covered panorama route, got us 3 days safari ( including two private safaris and a walking safari), booked us on a internal flight from Kruger Mpumalanga airport to Cape Town and arranged a wonderful 3 day tour of Cape Town. Their meticulous planning ensured that there was absolutely no hitch in our schedule.
Willem Heckroodt, our tour guide for Jo-berg and Panorama route was a polished gentleman with vast knowledge and experience.
Brenda, the untiring, charming lady at Cape Town was so full of energy and enthusiasm. Was so passionate about showing the things around.
All our stays: Maslow hotel, Sandton, Jo-berg, Dar Amane at Graskop, Pestana Kruger lodge at Kruger and Cape Milner at Cape Town were excellent.
Overall a very pleasant and comfortable experience with Mmilo tours . Would love to engage with them again if I were to go to SA again .

We are very impressed with Mmilo and Norman in particular. He was extremely knowledgeable about the location, found us great lodges to stay at in spite of heavy demand in August. Norman is exceptionally responsive. For example, our flights got delayed and we had to change our plans significantly. I called him in his middle of the night from the Chicago airport. He was extremely understanding and adapted to the situation beautifully. When we landed, our immigration at Johannesburg was long; he waited patiently outside for a couple of hours. When we exited immigration, Norman was extremely friendly with a case of water; it was great to see a friendly person in a foreign land. Of course, his planning of the lodges for what we wanted was exceptional. I would also like to give a great review on Wilhem, our driver and guide from Johannesburg to Kruger. He is extremely knowledgeable about all things Africa. And we were impressed that he runs a marathon in 3 hours 15 mins. Overall, I give these guys 10/10. Thanks, Norman!
