Shambolic

I booked a mid range tour but was put with a budget group meaning I stayed at different places than the rest. This put an average of 2 hrs a day extra driving each day meaning I arrived at my lodge at 8pm, 7pm and 6.30pm respectively the first 3 days despite very early starts.
One day we arrived at a lodge to be told that I didn’t have a booking but I was in fact booked into a place 45 mins back from where we had just driven.
The following morning we had to retrace the route again to pick the others up then drive back again to enter the Ngorogoro crater.
I had been in the car 2 hours despite being a 10 minute drive to the entrance.
On the final day I joined a new group but as before the tour, I had to chase Noel up twice to find out what was going on.
It was as though he just didn’t care.
I had no contact during or since it ended to see how I found it.
It’s easy to say it’s Africa and that’s the way it is but I’ve been travelling around here for 4 months and this is without doubt the most shambolic episode I’ve had.
I definitely would not recommend this company.

Its a 10/10 rest assured its gonna be a amazing and unforgettable. We had a 4D3N safari with Serengeti Luxury Safari as Noel as our tour operator and Assad as our tour guide and its a exceptional service. The tour we had was truly amazing and we really felt extremely happy overall from the hotels to the food to the top notch Tanzanian hospitality its really magical experience. Assad is our assigned tour guide for the safari and he is the one made the trip more more special its so lovely to have someone who is really enjoying showing u the beauty of the wilderness that he proudly showcase to everyone visits his country. I would be so confident to say that its worth every penny we spent. World class ❤️

We had a really great experience! The help upfront and the communication was very good. The accomodations were beautiful and everything was very good organized. If we had any question, Fortunate helped us out very quickly. The safari was a wonderful experience and worth every dollar. I would really recommend this tour operator to everyone.

Where do I start!! Noel was the perfect tour operator I could wish for. He tailored to all our needs - helped with the airport transfer and made sure we had a good time. The driver he selected for us was amazing as well (godson) - we had a great time. If you want a stress free and perfect safari - then this is your tour operator.

Seemless organisation, friendly and reliable staff. Great driver (Godson was the best ro gwt superb views on the game!) Accommodation and food:good value dor money. All with all a very nice experience!
