Amazing!
I chose Bamboo because they had so many good review and were quick to respond to any questions I had. It was the right choice. Edison was super attentive in organizing the trip down to the tiniest detail. And Jackson was the best driver and guide I could have asked for. The safari, gorillas, chimps, monkeys, food, lodges - everything about this trip was amazing!!!

Unforgettable memories with BambooEcotours.
I booked a 9-day trip with Bamboo, and I must say, Edison's response to my emails was incredibly prompt. His friendly demeanor and understanding of our needs stood out. After comparing several travel agencies, Bamboo gave us the most reliable impression, and the experience proved this to be true. Herbert, our driver and guide, was kind, dependable, honest, and an excellent communicator with superb driving skills. He felt more like a friend than a guide. Whenever we encountered difficulties, Herbert was always there to help us resolve them, making everything go more smoothly. Traveling to Uganda is not yet very popular among Chinese or Asian tourists, but I believe its popularity will grow in the future because Uganda is a beautiful place that is definitely worth visiting. I hope this review will be helpful to Chinese travelers considering a trip to Uganda.

A perfect day!
Communication with Edison was very friendly, prompt and professional. We were driven and accompanied by Amanya. The time with him was very pleasant, he informed us about everything in detail, was friendly and we felt very comfortable. The gorilla trekking was simply great and we will never forget it. The rangers always made sure that we were okay and helped us with obstacles on the way (ants, branches etc.). Everything was perfect and the tour is highly recommended.

Excellent Tour Experience
This is a few months overdue, but I wanted to share that my husband and I really enjoyed our 3-day Gorilla Uganda Trek tour with Bamboo Ecotours. Everything went smoothly from our emails with owner Edison who was very helpful is assisting us with selecting the right trip, to our driver-guide, John who took care of us from the pick-up at our guest house in Kigali, the drive to Ichumbi Gorilla lodge, the drive to the Gorilla Trekking start at Bwindi Impenetrable National Park to the Mgahinga National Park for Golden Minkey trekking, then back to Kigali to the airport. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

A dream come true for us, amazing gorilla trek and trip around Uganda & Rwanda
We booked a 4-day tour with Bamboo Ecotours with the following itinerary: Kigali-Lake Kivu-Gorilla Trek @ Bwindi-Kisoro Coffee Tour. It was a big group of 7 of us, and we are really satisfied with the company and its staffs and definitely recommend booking a similar experience with them. Our guide/driver was Fred and he's been super kind and informative. The hotels that we are staying too have been incredible, and the highlight is our 2-night stay with Gorilla Leisure Lodge: super attentive and friendly staffs, and the warmer on the bed just really made our day.
