AMAZING
Absolutely incredible experience! From the moment Noel picked me up from my hotel, I felt completely at home - his warmth and professionalism made all the difference.
I joined a fantastic tour group of five others, all in a similar age range (25-35), which made for the perfect dynamic. We clicked instantly, making the adventure even more enjoyable. And the highlight? I saw the Big Five - what an unforgettable moment!
A huge thank you to Joseph, our guide, who was absolutely 10/10 - his knowledge, passion, and attention to detail made the entire experience truly special. The food, the company, the fun, and of course, the incredible wildlife - it was all beyond amazing
I’d do this again in a heartbeat! Massive thanks to Noel and Joseph for making this an adventure of a lifetime. Highly recommend!

Great and very well organized experience
We booked a one day Safari in Ngorongoro Crater in February and the experience was amazing! The pickup from Arusha (2h drive) was organized well, our guide Joseph made sure we had a great experience during the safari the whole day. And of course we saw many Elephants, Leopards, Rhinos, Lions and many more in just this one day. Totally worth it and very well organized!

Amazing Safari
We had an extraordinary experience with "Serengeti Luxury Safari"! Every detail of the safari was flawless, from planning to execution. Our guide, incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, made the trip even more special by sharing fascinating information about the animals and local ecosystems. With his expertise, he took us to the best spots for wildlife sightings and created unforgettable moments. The service quality was exceptional: comfortable vehicles, luxury accommodations, and a level of customer care that made us feel truly pampered. If you're looking for an unforgettable safari, I highly recommend "Serengeti Luxury Safari"!

Available and attentive to the needs of the guests.
The 5 day safari was beautiful and exciting. You can trust this agency, more or less everything as described during the tour negotiation. Reliable and honest. Our guide Six was available and pleasant during all the days of the safari. We recommend.

Excellent safari operator with fantastic guide
My girlfriend Sofie and I booked a 5 days private safari with Serengeti Luxury Safaris and we had the most amazing experience. We saw the big 5 and so much more as our guide Frank Sabore safely drove us through Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Ndutu, Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater. Ndutu was not part of the original itinerary but our guide insisted we should go there since it was a good place this time of the year. Not all guides go to Ndutu as it involves a lot of off road driving and really puts navigation skills to the test. Ndutu turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip and we are so happy that Frank took us there and that Serengeti Luxury Safaris was flexible on adjusting the itinerary for us to the better and at no extra cost.
We had never been on a safari in Tanzania before so Sofie did a lot of research before booking and she contacted several companies before we decided. Serengeti Luxury Safari had an itinerary that we liked but the company did not have as many reviews as some other companies so at first we were a bit hesitant to choose them but we are so happy we did. Their customer service was exceptional. We had a lot of questions and they were always quick with replying and finding solutions to our travel needs. Most of this conversation was made through whatsapp which turned out to be a great way of communicating, often with a reply just minutes later. One thing we also liked about Serengeti Luxury Safari was that their lunches consisted of cooked meals kept in stainless steel containers and not the one-time-use type of cardboard boxes that many companies use.
We arrived in Arusha the day before our Safari started and the company helped us with hotel reservations and airport pickup. Noel, the owner of the company, met with us at the hotel in the evening to brief us on the upcoming days and so that we could finalize the payment as we only paid a 20% deposit in advance. Payment can be done in cash or through an online service that adds a few percent in credit card fee, something that is very common in Tanzania. This was very flexible to our needs so we ended up paying with a mix of cash and credit card online. We booked a private safari even though it is a bit more expensive than a shared one but we are so happy we did. Thanks to the car’s pop-up roof a lot of the game drives are made standing and we were able to move around freely in the car and could also set our own schedule. In the mornings we could leave as early or late as we wanted and while looking at various animals we could decide how long to stay and when to move on.
We would really like to recommend Serengeti Luxury Safari and if you book with them you should definitely ask for Frank Sabore to be your guide. Frank has his own Toyota Landcrusier that has been elongated for more comfort, power outlets at every seat and he made sure the car was nice and tidy every day despite all the dust we brought in. Some other cars we saw looked a bit worn but Frank's car felt very clean and fresh. The car had a cooler stacked with beer, wine, soda and water that we could enjoy during the day. In the evenings we bought drinks (food was complimentary) from the various places where we stayed, but it was no problem bringing some drinks from the car to enjoy in the room or in the tent. Frank grew up in a Masai village and it is just incredible how much he knows about all the animals, the land, the Masai people and their culture. Seeing all the animals and the beautiful landscape was fantastic by itself but Frank gave us so many more insights and memorable moments that we could not even dream about. Frank studied at the Wildlife college and is often hired as a guide for photographers so he was very skilled in positioning the car for optimal photo opportunities. “Up close and personal” was a phrase commonly used in the car and it summarizes the whole trip really well.
