An Incredible Safari Experience I'll Never Forget

We decided to go on a once-in-a-lifetime safari adventure and chose Serengeti Smile to plan our trip. From the start, Erick was incredibly helpful. He patiently answered all our questions, no matter how silly they were.
The team helped us create a fantastic 11-day itinerary, with five days of thrilling game drives. It was such a relief to have everything organized, from our accommodations to our daily activities.
We visited some of the most stunning national parks in Tanzania: Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro Crater. We were lucky enough to spot the Big Five and many other incredible animals. Our guide, Champion, was simply amazing. He was not only knowledgeable but also had a great sense of humor. He made sure we had the best possible experience and even took some incredible photos of us.
Champion was more than just a guide; he was an integral part of our adventure. His deep knowledge of the wildlife and the parks was truly impressive. He had an uncanny ability to spot animals from miles away, ensuring we never missed a moment. But what truly set him apart was his passion. He shared his love for the African wilderness with such enthusiasm, making every game drive an unforgettable experience. Champion wasn't just showing us the sights; he was sharing a piece of his heart.

Our trip with Serengeti Smiles was absolutely incredible. From the beginning, everything was easy. The agent answered all of our questions quickly and helped us feel confident about the whole trip.

The real star of the experience was our guide, Champion. Thanks to him, we were lucky enough to see all of the Big 5, Lion, Leopard, Elephant, Buffalo, and Rhino. We also saw many more animals like Zebra, Wildebeest and much more. Champion really knows his stuff. He pointed out so many things we would’ve missed on our own and gave us so much insight into the animals and their behavior. Plus, he’s an amazing photographer! The photos he took for us are some of the best memories we could ever ask for.

The hotels Serengeti Smiles arranged were also fantastic. It was comfortable, beautiful, and the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The food and service were excellent, and we felt taken care of the entire time.

If you’re planning a safari, I can’t recommend Serengeti Smiles enough. And definitely ask for Champion! He made our trip unforgettable. Don’t forget to tell him the “Yes People” sent you!

From start to finish, our safari in Tanzania with Serengeti Smile was nothing short of spectacular! We were lucky enough to explore the Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, and Tarangire National Park, and each destination offered its own unique and breathtaking beauty.

Our guide Champion was incredibly knowledgeable, not only about the wildlife but also the history and culture of the region. His passion for conservation and the animals was evident in every story he shared, making the experience both educational and awe-inspiring.

This safari exceeded all of our expectations, and we can’t wait to return someday. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic, awe-inspiring African safari adventure!

I found this company after a lot of searching and can honestly say once I have completed the experience that this was way WAAY better than I expected. Traveled in a group with 7 friends and from the moment we got the information from Erick up until they picked us up the service from his end was great. He was helpful answering all our questions and getting the trip set up. For 8 months he was very attentive and easy to help.
When we arrived for our trip the guides were good and helpful all the time. The gamedrives, lodges and activities were all good and full of fun, knowledge and kindness. Foood was great too which was one of my biggest concerns. Again, AMAZING, would do it again with the same company and would recommend everyone do this experience.

Also, special shoutout to Champion our guide. He made the trip great, paid attention to all the small details and made sure we were always enjoying ourselves. I can honestly say after 6 days i have NO COMPLAINTS with my experience, in such a remote place for us we thought we might come across some problems but everything was great and not a single moment was bad for all 7 of us.

From the moment my friends and I decided to book our Safari trip with Serengeti Smile, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Our travel coordinator, Eric, built the perfect itinerary for our group and made sure we didn’t miss any must-do activities during our time in Tanzania. After arriving, everything was coordinated to perfection from the accommodations both in Arusha and during the Safari, to our exceptional guide Champion who was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and very detail oriented. He always made sure our group was having the best time possible and went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable.
