Excellent operator who gives me unforgettable memories in life

I had a very good experience here in Tanzania, all the national parks impressed me, the elephants, the lions and the zebras, they are so close to me. And our guide Champion from Serengeti Smile is very good, he has the eyes like eagle, he can always find some thing hidden, very happy time spending with him.

Serengeti smile is professional—Jeremiah gave us excellent planning advice and booked the hotel we wanted, making the trip perfect. Dedicated drivers Ima and Domy guided us to find all the animals we hoped to see with their sharp eyesight, even introducing them through books. We witnessed a thrilling hunt, which was unforgettable! Despite the tiring safari, I felt completely satisfied.

Our safari was a 3 night, 4 day safari in Serengeti. We booked through Baraka who was very informative from the start and the booking process was very easy. Booking safaris can be complex and Serengeti Smile made the process very easy.
The safari itself was absolutely fantastic and that is down to our guide Champion, who made us feel welcome, safe and made our safari a once in a life time experience. We saw all of the Big Five as well as tons of other wildlife. He knew where to go, what angles so we had full view and was extremely knowledgable (we asked 1000’s of questions!). I am a nervous passenger but did not feel so with Champion - he is an excellent driver.
We couldn’t recommend Serengeti Smile (and specifically Champion!) highly enough. I contacted 4 other companies who were well above the price we paid with SS but this did not comprise the quality of our safari - very good value for money. If you are looking to do a safari in Tanzania/Serengeti, then this is the company to use!
