Exceptional Safari Experience with Serengeti Smile

We had the most incredible safari experience with Serengeti Smile, and can’t recommend them highly enough! From start to finish for our 8-day safari, their service was nothing short of exceptional. The entire team was professional, attentive, and dedicated to making our trip truly unforgettable.

Our guide, Champion was not only incredibly knowledgeable about the wildlife, landscapes, and local culture, but also thoughtful and engaging. Every game drive felt like a masterclass in nature, with detailed explanations and a keen eye for spotting animals. His passion for conservation and storytelling made the experience even more special.

Beyond their expertise, the team at Serengeti Smile went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Their attention to detail, warm hospitality, and seamless logistics made our journey stress-free and enjoyable. We had Fady and Dominic as our guides. Fady is experienced and considerate, who is just the guide needed to achieve our quest to see all the Africa Big 5. Not only we saw the famous Big 5, we also saw cheetah hunting that is definitely an unforgettable sighting. Fady custom tailored the trip to our needs.

Our experience with Serengeti Smile was truly enjoyable. Our guide Fady was very experienced, thru out the day he would find different animals for us to see. The way he positioned the jeep allowed us to take the best pictures and videos. Every day he would also discuss with us about the next day schedule, this allowed the trip to be more flexible toward our needs.
The trainee Dominik is also friendly and helpful as well. He would help us with the luggage and also setting up picnic tables. Overall a very enjoyable experience, HIGHLY Recommended!!

We have a great 5 days safari with Fady and Dominic. They were great with spotting the animals, we were about to see all animals we wanted. Fady is very attentive to our needs. Definitely recommend and would love to come back again. 🫶🏻🫶🏻
