We booked the Rovos Rail, Victoria Falls and Safari with Ranger Buck and it was all perfectly organised. One of the staff (Maria) even met us at the Airport in Johannesburg, just to say hello and give us some gifts.

Really great company to deal with, so helpful and responsive at all points of the booking process and during our trip.

From the start of planning our trip to the date of departure, Ranger Buck Safari's molded our lifetime trip to precision. We changed our options to suit our requirements therefore the service received on a continual basis was exceptional. When traveling in Africa, one always expects the worst - not in this case having booked with Ranger Buck Safari's! Our Guides and excursions were brilliant and they were flexible. When looking to book a 2.5 week trip to South Africa, we didn't really know where to begin. After reaching out to travel agents for some assistance, Archie immediately got in touch with us and scheduled a call to talk us through our options. Archie is super knowledgable and was attentive to our needs, quickly understanding exactly what we were looking for and putting together a comprehensive itinerary for us. He was very accommodating when making requested amends to the itinerary and we really appreciated the additional guidance he gave for parts of the trip we wanted to book ourselves. The communicativeness, reliability and expertise helped us feel at ease going into our trip.
It is hard to put into words how incredible the trip was. We were so happy with the Kings Camp Safari, drivers and tour guides (HIGHLY recommend JP!!) the Ranger Buck team set us up with-- all surpassing our expectations. The team continued to check in with us throughout the trip making sure we were satisfied with everything and offering assistance when we needed. Highly recommend using Ranger Buck Safaris to book your trip!
