I had an excellent experience with this tour operator! The communication was quick and easy, and the team was very accommodating and flexible to my needs. As a solo traveler, I always felt safe and well taken care of. The guide was professional, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly. The tour itself was incredible, covering the Kibale National Park, Queen Elizabeth National Park, Bwindi Impenetrable National Park for gorilla trekking, and Lake Mburo National Park – all highly recommended! The combination of breathtaking landscapes and wildlife encounters made this an unforgettable adventure. I wholeheartedly recommend this operator for an outstanding journey!

My daughter and I booked the 10 day Best of Uganda tour. Our tour guide Tim was fantastic. His passion and knowledge of animals and birds was inspiring and we felt like we were travelling with a friend rather than a tour guide. Highlights included the game drives, Murchison Falls, chimps, river cruises to see hippos, birds and elephants and the walk with the Rhinos. The most incredible experience was undoubtedly the gorilla trek. We hired a porter to help us on the trek and it was the best decision we made as she helped us navigate the often difficult terrain. We were so close to our gorilla family, it was truly amazing. The accommodations were mostly very good with friendly and helpful staff. Another highlight was to see local life as we drove through the villages, and a visit to a local primary school at Ishasha. Tim, we can’t thank you enough for a wonderful trip.

It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The entire journey was well-organized, and every detail was meticulously planned.

Brian, the tour guide, was knowledgeable and friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great time. The itinerary was perfectly balanced, offering a mix of wildlife, cultural experiences, and free time to explore independently. The accommodations were comfortable and conveniently located, and the transportation was smooth and efficient.

One of the trip's highlights was the Gorilla Trek at Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park, which will be a memorable experience for a lifetime.

Overall, the tour exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a well-organized, enjoyable, memorable travel experience. We can't wait to book our next adventure with them!
