Warm Hospitality and Professionalism in a Lovely Village Setting
A wonderful place to stay in a charming village! The accommodation was lovely, and the hosts were warm, welcoming, and incredibly hospitable. They put great effort into making our experience authentic and memorable. Amazing experience
Bongan Safari offers a captivating and immersive experience for those looking to connect with Africa’s breathtaking wildlife and landscapes. The safari guides are not only knowledgeable about the flora and fauna but are also deeply passionate, ensuring that guests gain a deeper understanding of the natural environment.
Hausas are clean and the pool is nice - perfect spot to relax after the whole day at Kruger Park.

Amazing time in amazing place with amazing people
Had an amazing experience with Bongan and his crew. Frank made a great effort to help us see the big five, we almost drove to Mozambique to finally find the rhino 😅
This family business just seems full of possitive energy, it was the first time I've woken up at 5am with a huge smile on my face.
Houses are very clean and fresh with good A/C. Pool is nice and the ladies are cooking absolutely superb food for dinners.
I would recommend this place to anyone. When we arrived, Bongan was our host - when we were leaving, he was already a family 😊

The perfect accommodation!
Everything is very good. Close to Kruger, nice people, good food and it is clean. Also very special is the rural village you will stay in. If you ask for a change in the program, it is no problem. Mr Bongani and his staff are doing everything to make this the perfect trip for you. So, book your safari with Bongan safari!

Bongan was very accommodating, a great host, and an overall pleasure to deal with.
Our entire trip to Bongani's lodge and his arranged safari trips were perfect. Charlie, our guide, worked very hard to get us to see as many animals as possible and he delivered (we only missed the leopard), but saw a cheetah and also a couple of lions with a recent kill. The cottage that we stayed in was clean, comfortable and had what we needed for five days. Loren made us excellent breakfasts and dinners, simple yet delicious. Everyone was just so pleasant, we hated to leave after 5 days. One note, there was a loud neighborhood party (music) on our last night (Sat. night), but it didn't take away from our experience there.
