We have used this company for our recent trip we had in October this and our Professional guide and Driver Augustin was very knowledgeable,Polite, smart and always on time; our 4 Days Gorilla Trekking in Was well organized from the office team; we met Gorillas in Person in the Jungle, our lodge Ingagi view, service ,food and staffs was excellent; overall we recommend this Tour Agency in Kigali

Absolutely exceptional! My experience in Rwanda was beyond anything I could have imagined, and Richard, my guide, played a pivotal role in making it truly unforgettable. From the moment we met, his warmth, knowledge, and passion for his country were evident. Richard guided me on my thrilling trek to see the mountain gorillas at Volcanoes National Park—an experience I’ll cherish forever. His expertise not only made the trek smoother, but he also provided fascinating insights into the environment, wildlife, and the history of the park. Every step felt like a new adventure, thanks to Richard’s expert guidance.

But Richard’s outstanding service didn’t stop there. He went above and beyond by waiting patiently for me while I spent hours at the Kigali Genocide Memorial. His understanding and kindness made it possible for me to immerse myself in the deep history of Rwanda without any worries. Afterward, he took me to local eateries where I tasted incredible Rwandan dishes, introducing me to flavors I would never have discovered on my own. His relaxed yet professional demeanor made every interaction feel personal and meaningful.
