GREAT operator! I recommend 100% Osnet tours and travels, special thanks to Geofry
In the early stages, Osnet Tours helped me with everything I needed, every detail, from finding accommodation that met my dietary requirements, to handling last-minute schedule changes and some luggage issues. Everything was treated as a high priority by the operator and resolved promptly (special thanks to Geofry!). They don’t just wait for you to select a safari package and pay, they genuinely care about you having a great time. The communication was smooth and fluid, which is something you really want when going on a safari on your own. It was an amazing experience, don’t second-guess it, just go for it!!!! I took the 5-day safari (I would have preferred the 7-day one, but my schedule wasn’t ideal). Osnet organized my accommodation at Emayian Luxury Camp, Lake Nakuru Lodge, and Naivasha Kongoni Lodge, and everything about those places was just great!! Thank you very much, Osnet, thank you very much Geofry!
Once in a lifetime experience
Fiancée and I recently visited Maasai Mara and Lake Nakuru in Kenya with Osnet Tours, and the experience was amazing.
Maasai Mara was wonderful and Mr. K., our guide and driver was kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He made sure we were comfortable and had the best possible experience.
Osnet Tours is very reliable and professional, and I’d surely recommend them to anyone planning a safari trip to Kenya!

The safari was an overall amazing experience but the tour guide was not so good
Overall our safari experience was amazing. We were super satisfied with the upgraded lodgings we selected and the itinerary and what we got to see was perfect. The only negatives were the poor communication between the booking company (Osnet) and our tour guide who worked for another company I think, and our tour guide did not provide much info on what we were seeing, info on animals, the area, etc. We kept googling stuff to learn more. Would have been much better if our tour guide was outgoing and talkative. Still a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that I will never forget and highly recommend going on a safari to anyone!

Very responsive and try their very best to cater
The whole trip was excellent, all the guides are reliable.
Geofrey was extremely professional throughout the entire consultation process. He offered many great suggestions to make our trip smoother and responded very quickly, which gave us the peace of mind to place our deposit.
During the trip, we accidentally left an item behind at our hotel. Geofrey helped us contact the hotel and arranged to courier it to our next stop, ensuring our itinerary wasn't affected at all. We are truly grateful to Osnet Travel Agency
