Phone safaris is extremely organized and supportive to make the holiday unforgettable. Kelvin did a great job in organizing the accommodation and game drives. He is capable to customize the entire trip based on each customer needs and budget. The guide Julis was fabulous. He knows everything about the national parks and animals and knows exactly where should be to see the animals in the right position. Definitely, I will repeat the experience again with Phine Safaris.

Hello

Myself and my partner booked with Phine Safari. We were nervous bank transfer if such a large amount of money up front. But the team at Phine Safari were brilliant and stayed in constant contact via email and wats app. Our driver also named Jack was brilliant from start to finish offering information and getting us great views of the big 5.

Our accommodation was also amazing and we got Wi-Fi, free food and alcohol with branded cocktails and the service was 5 stars.

Making payment was also without any hassle.
Itinerary was provided before hand so we knew what to expect
Vehicle was clean, water provided was enough
Guide was professional, kept time all the time, gave us information whever we asked, drove well, knew the park well
Hotel was as per our expectations, and the hotel staff knew what was expected, service was good.
Overall the safari was value for money
I would recommend Phine Safari strongly

Phil and his team were very responsive to our inquiries even before we booked the trip. We described what we needed and they delivered. On the departure day, the drivers were on time, the vehicles very clean and the drivers were also knowledgeable and friendly. At Mara, they knew where to go to find the wildlife. They were committed, not just doing another trip.
We truly enjoyed the trip.
