Extremely kind, amazing experience

Everything was taken care off to perfection. At our last day of our travel experience, unfortunately our flight got cancelled. Luckily, we could easily change the return location of our car to save some time. Also, there was a hick-up during check-out at our hotel (some remaining fee which was to be paid). The colleagues at viatu were easily accessible and immediately solved the problem!

Our experience with Team Viatu was excellent!!

From the start, Simone made us believe that she could put up a memorable trip within the short period we gave her to prepare. And true to her word, Viatu discussed with us every detail of the proposed trip to the point of our approval.

You made us so comfortable with the plan and we couldn't wait to embark on our Namibian Adventure. The trip itinerary as designed by Viatu exceeded our expectations when we begun walking through it upon arrival and departure from Namibia.

Viatu was with us throughout our Namibian Adventure (through Rea) and on hand to receive any of our requests while on the trip. We are now onto another Viatu-propelled adventure into other territories.

Thank you Simone and team Viatu. This is just the beginning of our many adventures together.

I don't usually book anything through travel agencies. But for my Namibia trip I felt that I needed some local expertise for my tailor-made trip. I had spoken to 1-2 other agencies at first but didn't feel that they understood my needs at all or couldn't provide solutions that were accustomed to my specific needs. Then I found Viatu and Alexandra was amazing at giving me the type of insights I needed. I was very keen and willing to do a lot of self-driving each day in order to view as many spots as possible to do my photography. Everything went smoothly and all the accommodations were amazing. The TravelKey app was super helpful to keep track of the accommodations and where to head next.
Viatu feels like a modern travel agency I can highly recommend it!

Wonderful Namibian Experience

We had a wonderful experience through Viatu travelling across Namibia. We were able to travel with confidence and ease; we were able to show up to each location and have everything already sorted for us. We would not have been able to have the same experience and see all we did in our time in Namibia without the help of Viatu. Any time we were in contact it was prompt and helpful. Could not recommend this experience enough.
