Viatu truly went above and beyond to organize our unforgettable gorilla experience and safari. Despite my short-notice request, they flawlessly put together the perfect itinerary at lightning speed, considering every adjustment or question with care.

Not only did they stay well below our budget, but they also provided incredible services and accommodations – we were even surprised with a free upgrade! They took great care that all our food allergies and preferences were catered for, ensuring a wonderful dining experience. Any minor unclear details were quickly resolved, with our travel advisor available and responsive around the clock and providing full support. Their hassle-free communication tools, including the website and app, made it easy to follow every step of our journey and transitions along the trip, showcasing their outstanding attention to detail.

Our trip to South Africa was nothing short of amazing. From the very beginning, Viatu customized the entire trip to suit our needs and preferences, ensuring every detail was perfect. We had an amazing 3 days safari trip to mFulaWozi private resort. It was a perfect choice for us in terms of accessibility and hotel size, which Viatu perfectly tailored for us, helping with both the accommodation and transport to the resort from Cape Town. It was incredibly nice lodge, very stylish, safe, with incredible staff. And we fell in love with our safari driver Khaya :-) So looking forward to explore more with Viatu in next years.
