Very efficient and available

Trip of three people. When we contacted the agency, their response was very quick and they were immediately available to meet our every need. We encountered no problems whatsoever. Our driver, Evans, was very funny and patient in answering all our questions. The trip with him was very satisfying and exciting. I highly recommend this agency, very reliable and serious.

Great Experience. Great Crew

Absolutely loved the hiking with Dickson Bob and the rest of the Crew. They made us feel really well looked after at all times and shared lots of useful knowledge about Nature plants and animals. Also gave us great tips on how to succed the climbing. I wouldn't think of anyone else to make this experience more enjoyable. 5 stars Crew, excelente!!

This was a surprising and perfect safari trip, and we have absolutely no regrets about the entire experience. If there’s a next time, we would definitely choose this team again.
There are at least three standout advantages of this safari team:

We booked a 4-day, 3-night private tour at an unbeatable price that no other safari team could match. Despite the competitive pricing, everything from the vehicle quality to the guide’s expertise in animal spotting and extensive knowledge, as well as the owner’s meticulous control over the itinerary, was first-class.
2. Transparent Costs and Attentive Service
The cost of our safari package was clearly itemized, covering accommodation, park fees, and transportation, with all expenses transparently listed. The team provided heartfelt and professional service, with our two guides fully dedicated to helping us spot animals and ensuring a great experience.
3. High Standards of Quality Control
The safari team maintained strict quality control throughout the trip. We were able to communicate directly with the owner to adjust or add to our itinerary. The owner was highly attentive, providing a detailed briefing before the safari and a comprehensive review session at the end.

4 Days Private Safari to Serengeti and Ngorongoro

I recommend Golden trips if you are considering a safari in Tanzania parks. Right from the beginning first contact Irene was very responsive and accommodating of my requirements. She was always available on WhatsApp, email and video calls. Joel's suggestion of adding Ndutu to my itinerary was great - i experienced wildebeest calving and migration. Guide Gasper has good knowledge of animals (and their behaviours) and also of the Masai tribe. He was enthusiastic of getting out early (sometimes even before the park gates opened) and driving to the right spots for me to experience the "actions"! As a solo, female traveller my experience with Golden Trips was very enjoyable and comfortable.
