We had a fantastic experience with Serengeti African Tours. We quickly received a comprehensive quote. Contact via WhatsApp went smoothly and we received quick and friendly answers to all questions.
The evening before the safari, Safina came to us for a short briefing about our safari. Safina was so friendly and she made us feel very comfortable. About the safari we can say that it was magical. We had a very nice, funny, spontaneous guide in David, who had a lot of knowledge about the animals and knew exactly where to find the animals. We liked that he didn't always follow the other cars but followed his own path. He showed us the Big Five. It was unforgettable. We also don't want to forget to mention Richard. What a sweet and caring man he is! And what a chef! he cooked delicious food for us for 4 days. There was always more than enough and everything tasted delicious!
What is also very good is that you are picked up from your hotel and dropped off where you want after the safari. Very good service!
We will recommend Serengeti African Tours to anyone who wants to do a safari. It is a very professional company, who know what is important to their customers.

Exceptional Safari Experience with Serengeti African Tours
I had an incredible experience with Serengeti African Tours during my safari adventure in Tanzania! From start to finish, everything was seamless and enjoyable.
Safina, the office associate, was a delight to work with—so kind, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. She patiently answered all my questions and ensured everything was well-organized before the trip.
Our guide, Asad, was simply outstanding. He was not only incredibly knowledgeable about the wildlife and landscapes but also kind, patient, and enthusiastic throughout the journey. Asad’s expertise and genuine passion for the safari made the experience unforgettable.
Every moment of the safari was breathtaking, and the team’s professionalism and warmth truly made it special. I had such a fantastic time and am already looking forward to booking another adventure with them in the future. Highly recommended!

Had the most amazing experience with this Tanzanian safari company! The accommodation was beautiful, the food tasty and the tour guides were not only friendly but had a great range of knowledge about it the animals we saw and keen eyes to spot them from a distance! I was blown away by the sheer number and variety of animals we saw - and often in very close proximity, but always felt safe in the trucks which were equipped with beverages, charging ports and comfy seats. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you so much ❤️

Average price compared to other companies but for our group size of 2 people incomprehensible why 4 porters are needed (all of them have to be tipped, other companies use 2 porters for that group size).
We have not been proactively contacted for the briefing, sleeping bags not on the prep list so that we didn't bring any and had to rent them from the company...our guide briefed us and took photos of our passports, afterwards the organizer again asked us for photos of our passports, unclear if there was any communication. On the summit ascent (3rd) day we only got a poor and sweet food package for on the go, unfortunately not enough for such a hike. Our guide was a very funny, motivating and sociable guy but lacked a bit of healthy distancing and could not tell us a lot about historical backgrounds. Other than that, staff was very kind, friendly, always tried to provide the best service. Food was amazing and tasty, very big portions.
