It was a very rewarding and fantastic tour with Horizon Gest Safaris. Everything was extremely well organised, and both drivers/guides, are very knowledgeable, communicative, professional and above all, very friendly and nice. Very good experience
Great experience, highly recommended. Julie was kind and helpful in meeting all our needs. The only downside (hence the 4 stars) was the lack of clarity regarding the transfer day: the timing was stretched, arriving at the hotel later than expected. The optional excursion was not mentioned in advance and turned out to be mandatory in the end, as there was no alternative but to wait 2 hours in a small garden, in front of the jeep.
However, we really appreciated Julie's effort to apologize for what happened and the attention to the customers throughout the tour.

Across Horizons were very quick at responding to any messages and organised pick up and drop off so made it very easy.
The safari tour was great. The guide was really knowledgeable and shared lots of interesting facts about the different animals and was happy to answer any questions. We were lucky to see many animals up close (elephants, giraffes, lions, cheetah, buffalo, zebra, leopard to name a few).
