Fabulous safari tour company

I had a great time with Charles tours.

I just spent a one day in Arusha national park though, there services were amazing!

Not only they were very excellent with communication and quickly responded but also their arrangements were perfect. I got sick the day before tour, and requested to change my lunch menu for the light stuff in last minute. They prepared tasty soup, salad, vegetables, and fruits for me. It exceeded my expectations. They did more than they could do to satisfy my request, I really appreciated their hospitality.

My driver Amani is the best! He was not just incredibly professional but so kind and fun throughout. He has the great passion for this job, he loves nature and animals, especially birds! He was excited more than me when he found the beautiful birds!🤣 It made me had more fun. At the end of the tour he gave me beautiful pictures for the presents.

Charles tours gave me a unforgettable experience in my lifetime. I highly recommend them if you're going.

Massive thank you to Ahmani (sorry for the spelling) for making our last day in Tanzania such a memorable one!

We booked a 1 day Safari trip to Arusha National Park with Charles tours, everything was really well organised with clear communication from the beginning. We got picked up from our hotel nice and early in a 4x4 with a 360 roof which made seeing all the animals and birds really easy and fun!

Ahmani shared so much knowledge of African wildlife and local culture and we definitely went away feeling like we learnt so much from him! It was so easy to see his passion for his country, culture and wildlife! We had a great lunch sitting in a private opening right next to a waterfall and had coffee and drinking water provided all day!

Thank you again Ahmani and Charlea tours, couldn't recommend the company more!

Booking our trip with Charles Tours was the best decision we made for our trip. Charles is kind, personable, and overall a great host. He made sure to cross off all the animals we wanted to see on the safari, was very knowledgeable to the point that he could tell us a bird by it's call alone, and booked fantastic stays in the Serengeti and Karatu. Additionally, he was flexible and let us book a day hike on Mt. Kilaminjaro last minute. He made sure to provide delicious, healthy, hot lunches that accommodated my dietary restrictions (vegan) and went out of the way to make sure we had transportation in Zanzibar even though he had no obligation to help us on the next leg of our trip.

What I appreciate most about our Safari with Charles is how attentive he was to our needs. He watches carefully and knows exactly when we were tired and when we were more attentive, and engaged with us accordingly.

Charles made our trip memorable and I would recommend booking with him!

Never ever in my life will I stop talking about Amani Charles or my experience. When I first arrived I told myself “oh this give Rwanda vibes” and I assumed I’d have a similar time to what I experience before but NOPE! I was unbelievably and wonderfully and pleasantly and jaw-droppingly surprised at how great of an experience I had. I never write reviews for things because it felt corny but I need for anyone who will listen (or read) to know that Charles Tours is the BEST decision you can make when traveling to Tanzania!

Charles Tours is 100% reliable. They were always on time, always checking in, and sorting out any troubles with absolute swiftness.

Not only did Charles Tours have a deep commitment to making sure we were happy and engaged, each day is filled with such a unique experience that keeps you on your toes and desiring more and more. We were here for 2 weeks and that still wasn’t enough time for me to soak in all that Charles Tours and Tanzania had to offer.

As a regular international traveler, I always go for work and then sight see for the cool things in the area but BOY OH BOY, the Charles Tours team makes me want to live in Tanzania which I’ve never experienced before.

100% I’ll be back and booking through Charles Tours again! I want the fun and personal connection again and again and again.
