Remarkable in every way ( organized, caring, reliable)

I joined friends who had already chosen Rustic safari so I did not ask questions or read too much about this company or the proposed itinerary. I trusted them and kept the surprise. I was not disappointed! What an incredible trip it was! Beyond the perfect itinerary, it was the human aspect that truly impressed me in particular the care of Sylvester, our guide and co-owner of Rustic Safari, to ensure that each of us lived its dream having fun pleasure. My friends arrived 1 day later than expected. Sylvester and his team quickly reacted to make changes to the itinerary so that I can start the safari and not waste my time. They also made sure to organize everything for my friends (transfer etc.) Sylvester also listened and adjusted remarkably to our situation. My friends lost their luggage including items to facilitate the transportation of my friend who is a person with reduced mobility. Sylvester once again reacted perfectly by finding solutions and reassuring her. He did everything with his team working with the travel agent to find the luggage’s. It also adapted to our more relaxed rhythm allowing everyone to appreciate the beauty of Africa. Pole pole 😁 He brought a touch of lightness helping us realize that everything was "Acuna matata". He participated in our crazy fun moments. We laughed a lot, his Quebec accent helped! He patiently answered all our questions even if he has probably repeating them over and over given his years of guiding safaris. He is passionate and has a real love for his country, his company and his team, the safari, animals, his people etc. Rustic Safari bears his name because authenticity is at the heart of this company. Do you want to live an encounter with Tanzania? His people? Her beauty? Live a dream safari without hassle? You are in good hands with Sylvester and his team. I am sincerely convinced that Rustic safari will be at your disposal to accompany you on this trip of a lifetime! This meeting touched my heart. Even after a few weeks back in Canada, I still carry this connection within me. Don't wait any longer! We have a life to live and this one, believe me, will be more complete following a trip to Tz organized and accompanied by Rustic Safari. It was well worth the money 😁

Having already used the services of this company, I decided to trust them again for a second safari in Tanzania. I was not disappointed! This time I wanted to focus on crossing the Mara River. The good thing about this company is that you will be given the right information: the crossing and the phenomenon of migration, only nature decides whether or not there will be a movement of animals. Unlike big companies that sell you a lot of publicity, the Rustic team explains and suggests itineraries where you will not fail to see the many spendors of Tanzania thanks to the experience and knowledge of the guides. They will do their best to meet your expectations. I was able to see animals up close during the walking safari in the Arusha National Park, families of lionesses in Ndutu, the splendors of the Serengeti in the dry season. I saw so many beautiful things there without ever worrying about anything. Everything is taken care of by the company. We had a problem with the car breaking down in the northern Serengeti. No worries or stress. I didn't have to wait for hours on the side of the road (as I've seen before) the guide, experienced and resourceful, quickly found a plan B. I was picked up and dropped off at the hotel, the next day I went for the hot air balloon ride as planned and when I returned, a new Rustic car was waiting for me to continue my safari where I had the privilege of seeing more than one crossing of the Mara.I split my time between 2 guides: Sylvester and Mudy. They are motivated to show you the maximum of what Tanzania has to offer and pass on their wealth of knowledge. They come from the region and are REAL guides. And that's what makes the difference. You want a good guide, it's essential to have an extraordinary experience. I can compare having done several safaris. A safari is the experience of a lifetime and you don't want to spoil it by not making a good choice. You will have a more personalized service unlike large mass companies. I recommend this company with my eyes closed, don't hesitate any longer! Tanzania is waiting for you!

This company knows about human experience and above. Everything was easy from de etransfert, the transport organisation and the constant communication with Joelle and Sylvester. Everyday we were taken in charge, everything was planned to make ours vision of a safari a dream come true. We were looking for fun, adventure, beautiful landscape and we had everything And more. The lodges were high quality and affordable. Joelle and Sylvester (owner) the most fun down to heart and funny persons. They were always making sure that everyone was feeling good about the whole experience. What else could I say than just we had the chance to find the right companie to make memories for life. It was just a pure joy and Im still pinching myself for that amazing experience.

Amazing, it was an experienced I will remember for the rest of my life.
