Highly recommended — a truly unforgettable experience!
It was simply amazing — the whole trip and the staff!
From the organization to the excursions, everything was perfect, and even when we encountered a small issue, it was solved professionally in just a few minutes exactly as we had hoped.
We had asked for several quotes, both from Italy... Read more and local operators, and although the itineraries seemed similar and prices were comparable, DK Tours and Safaris clearly stood out.
Their excursions were of a higher level — for example, we had private tours and even two helicopter rides included, which no other agency offered at the same price point. Most of the other operators proposed tented accommodations, while DK always provided charming 3- to 4-star lodges.
DK Tours and Safaris is the main agency, but for each stop and activity they collaborate with a network of local professional guides, making every single experience a true full immersion into the culture, nature, and atmosphere of the place — authentic, engaging, and incredibly enriching.
A special thanks goes to Enock, who accompanied us from Victoria Falls to the Okavango Delta — treating us like his own children. He is a passionate guide, truly in love with nature and wildlife, and his enthusiasm made every experience more meaningful. Thanks also to Owen, who coordinated all the logistics and supported us with every detail, always present remotely to ensure everything went smoothly. And a big thank you to Webster, the owner, who welcomed us personally at the airport and made sure all our requests were fulfilled.
The only constructive comment I would like to give: it would be great to have clearer information about the exact times of activities or transfers to better manage the day and avoid unnecessary downtime (for example, early departures with activities scheduled only in the late afternoon).

We had an incredible personalised 6 day tour of Hwange/Chobe/Vic Falls! We were also fortunate to see the big 5 in the 5 days! Our guide/driver in Hwange, Thuylani, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and passionate; sharing everything with us. For the 6 days, it always felt like we were the utmost priority... Read more to ensure the best experience possible. When we had an issue at the Zimbabwe border, our beautiful driver, Enoch contacted Webster who was quick to help us out.
However, none of this amazing experience was possible without the prompt responses from the DK team (we were in contact with Brighton and Owen). They answered all our questions and made sure that if we had any requests, to simply ask! Whatever they could do, they would. During the tour itself, we were never left questioning what was happening next or waiting for pick ups. We came across many employees/drivers for the company and all of them were helpful, kind and friendly.

The Best professional and the most helpful tour operator that I ever met!!!!
I approached Mr. Webster Musaidzi and DK Tours & Safaris after a deep survey to find an appropriate tour operator who could help us tailor our first safari in Africa. From the beginning, I found a person who put our requirements and willingness on the front and tried all his effort to make us happy... Read more and to accommodate what we wanted. I must admit that Webster was almost the only one who read actually what we wanted. Most of the other tour operators just try to convince us to take their already planned tour without the right concern about our needs. For us, it was an actual issue since we came to Zimbabwe safari after one week of safari in Tanzania, where Mr Webster also helped us with his well-connected Africa network. During the seven months after we made the reservation up to the safari date, Webster turned out to be our major consultant for everything we needed.
From the moment we arrived in Zimbabwe one of his team or Webster himself escorted us and took care of everything. When I write “everything" I mean it, it started with the border control, and continued with third-party tour suppliers, like the dinner boat company or helicopter tour. He verified that we would have a VIP treatment in any one of the activities we took.
His team is excellent, I was completely impressed with their professionalism, standing on time, being very knowledgeable, very helpful, and very very friendly.
Webster's unique friendship and willingness to help came to its highest level when we faced difficulties in the airport back home. Not only did he wait in the airport until we ended the check-in, but when he found out that we had a problem and the flight was cancelled, he took us to his office and he and his team worked like crazy to solve our problems with the airline and hotel reservation. This is above and far from any expectation one can find in a regular tour operator. For example, Webster took us to the airline office in another part of the city and helped us bridge the communication with the travel agent in the office.
The customer service we got is second to none.
I highly recommend Mr. Webster Musaidzi and DK Tours & Safaris for any activities in Africa, and we definitely will use their services again and again

The Chobe National park safari was nothing short of amazing .Victoria Falls is spectacular ,and if you can pluck up the courage Devil’s pool is worth a visit along with a dip in the Zambezi river .
Sunset river cruise ,traditional Mokoro on the Okavango delta ,to mention a few.
The only downside is having to say goodbye .
We highly recommend DK tours ,you exceeded all our expectations.Thank you !!
