I recently embarked on a 2-week adventure with Engonzi Safaris, accompanied by my family, to Queen Elizabeth National Park, Kibale for chimpanzees, and Bwindi for gorillas, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience. Our knowledgeable guide meticulously planned our itinerary, making sure we didn't miss any opportunity to witness the mesmerizing wildlife that East Africa has to offer. The accommodations provided by Engonzi were top-notch, combining luxury with an authentic African experience. Each day brought new and exciting encounters, whether it was spotting lions and elephants freely roaming in Queen Elizabeth National Park, or the heartwarming sight of chimpanzees swinging effortlessly through the trees in Kibale. However, the highlight of our trip was undoubtedly the awe-inspiring encounter with the majestic mountain gorillas in Bwindi. Engonzi Safaris flawlessly handled the permits and logistics, ensuring a once-in-a-lifetime experience with these gentle giants. The whole adventure was filled with thrilling safari drives, breathtaking landscapes, and the warm hospitality of the local people we encountered along the way.
