A top-notch tour operator ensuring unforgettable experiences with expert guidance and planning
We recently had an incredible 7-day, 6-night tour in Uganda, and it was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience! From gorilla trekking to chimpanzee tracking, exploring Queen Elizabeth National Park, Lake Bunyonyi, and Mburo National Park, every moment was filled with adventure and awe.
One of the highlights of our trip was spotting the famous tree-climbing lions in the Ishasha sector—a unique and thrilling sight. The boat ride was equally mesmerizing, offering us close-up views of many bird species, a massive herd of elephants, countless hippos, and the breathtaking beauty of the surroundings.
A huge part of what made our trip so special was our outstanding guide and driver, Levan. He was always punctual, deeply knowledgeable about Uganda’s wildlife, birds, and culture, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring we had the best experience. Levan’s professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made our journey seamless and unforgettable.
Levan even went above and beyond by helping us shop for souvenirs and other local items, making sure we brought home wonderful mementos of our trip. The accommodations were excellent, even though we chose a mid-luxury package, and every aspect of the tour exceeded our expectations.
We highly recommend this tour agency, and especially Levan, to anyone planning a visit to Uganda. His dedication and support made our entire trip a success, and we can’t thank him enough for making it so memorable!
Wow, what an experience
The gorilla experience was amazing. Nelson went above and beyond to exchange money for us and help us out with anything we needed. He made the drive from Kigali to Bwindi very enjoyable. He is so knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend him and Africa tours adventure

Fantastic tour with Levan!
Was extremely impressed with this company. Very organized and quick to respond. The accommodation was fantastic, especially as we did the lower cost option. The one hotel even supports local community development programs. Most importantly, Levan was an incredible guide. He was patient, very knowledgeable, and ensured that we had a safe and wonderful trip. I would absolutely travel with this group again!

I highly recommend Africa Tours Adventures. All communication with Nicholas was smooth and easy. Our private guide Mili was the absolute best and accommodated all our needs. The accommodations were amazing, they exceeded our expectation by far.
At the beginning I was hesitant to transfer the money in advance, but I trusted the rest of the good reviews and everything worked out perfectly. We have absolutely no complaints about this tour. We also found the prices a lot more competitive than with the rest of operators.

Absolutely Incredible - can't recommend enough!
The amount of tour options can honestly be a bit overwhelming, but look no further - I would HIGHLY recommend Africa Tours Adventure for your Uganda trekking experience. Before we even booked with them, they were so easy to work with and Nicholas quickly answered all of our questions and provided a detailed itinerary that could be customized based on our preferences.
Once we were actually on the tour, Levan our driver/guide was phenomenal. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the land and its people and was always willing to answer questions or ask you questions about what you were interested in. You obviously spend a lot of time in the car during this trip, and it never felt like there was a dull moment. Plus, he is an absolutely fantastic driver. The roads in Uganda are a bit all over the place, but he handled them all masterfully. He went out of his way a few times to make sure we saw things that we wanted to see (including an unforgettable lion encounter!!) and kept us to a pretty tight schedule without it ever feeling rushed or forced.
My wife and I did a 5 day gorilla trekking experience, and our only regret is that we didn't have longer! Our journey also included stopes at Kibale to see chimps, a drive through Queen Elizabeth National Park (the boat cruise is an absolute MUST), and kayaking on Lake Bunyonyi. All of our accommodations were next level (Turaco Treetops and Kiho Lodge standing out in particular) and it was so nice to not even have to think about these details.
Thank you to Nicholas, Levan, and everyone else who helped make this possible. We can't recommend them enough, and if you're considering them for your gorilla adventure, you will not be disappointed in choosing them.
