Accountable and professional

I received what I requested. Anything needed to be adjusted was done inmediately.
The guides are walking GPS, they can get to any location by memory and experience.
They always go the extramile just to offer the best photos and overhall experience.
James, Mike and mister Dennis as amazing persons and profesionals tour guides. BTW, the driving skills are amazing.
The communication from from office with John was outstanding.

Mr. Jeff was a knowledgeable, friendly guide! He worked to give us the best game viewing!

Twiga Expeditions was very good to work with us in picking us up where we were staying and dropping us at the airport in time for our flights. Transportation, hotel, meals, and game viewing were all included. Our stay at Sarova Camo Maasai Mara was much nicer than we expected! Mr. Jeff was a knowledgeable guide and he did his best to show us as many different kinds of animals as possible. He made suggestions but also customized according to what we wanted to see. He gave us options along the way of attractions we could add to our trip if we wanted but did not hard sell any of these. We had a wonderful time and made some lifetime memories. This tour was a great value for the price we paid.

AMAZING trip with the Twiga team! perfect 10 days from Nairobi to Arusha through the Maasai Mara & Serengeti. Driver guides were incredibly knowledgeable & helped with so many little things making the trip unforgettable!
Shoutout to Mr Dennis in Kenya & Hamza in Tanzania going out of their way to place us in perfect locations to view soooo many animals! Lodges that John booked for us were great & varied hugely. He even got us a spot on the morning hot air balloon which was a true highlight!! We booked 2 weeks out from Christmas/New Years so very surprised how nice places he could find.

Guides were always early and waiting with a clean car each day (6 seater Land Cruiser with pop up roof) ready to explore.
Can’t wait to come back again & see more!

A great experience

Our experience has been really great, we loved the hotel and the organisation of this tour. Dennis did a very great job, has a great knowledge of the park and its animals, and managed to show us as many animals we could and sometimes stay a little bit long to wait and see some of them. Even if the weather was not 100% with us, we are very happy and promptly recommend this tour !

Twiga really made our visit to Tanzania! Our tour guide Hamza was simply fantastic! It was great from start to finish, including the trip planning and during the actual animal sightings. If you're planning to go, this is a must!
