Friendly, organized and great at communicating.

Had the most amazing experience with this Tanzanian safari company! The accommodation was beautiful, the food tasty and the tour guides were not only friendly but had a great range of knowledge about it the animals we saw and keen eyes to spot them from a distance! I was blown away by the sheer number and variety of animals we saw - and often in very close proximity, but always felt safe in the trucks which were equipped with beverages, charging ports and comfy seats. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you so much ❤️

Average price compared to other companies but for our group size of 2 people incomprehensible why 4 porters are needed (all of them have to be tipped, other companies use 2 porters for that group size).
We have not been proactively contacted for the briefing, sleeping bags not on the prep list so that we didn't bring any and had to rent them from the company...our guide briefed us and took photos of our passports, afterwards the organizer again asked us for photos of our passports, unclear if there was any communication. On the summit ascent (3rd) day we only got a poor and sweet food package for on the go, unfortunately not enough for such a hike. Our guide was a very funny, motivating and sociable guy but lacked a bit of healthy distancing and could not tell us a lot about historical backgrounds. Other than that, staff was very kind, friendly, always tried to provide the best service. Food was amazing and tasty, very big portions.

the organization of serengeti african tours was great. our tour guide godwin did a great job, brought us close and safely to all the sights and knew everything very well. denise the cook cooked us healthy and very fine food. the trip was absolutely great and recommendable.

The chef, Dennis, prepared the most delicious meals, ensuring we enjoyed every moment of the safari, even during meal times. The team went above and beyond to provide exceptional service, making the trip worth every penny. Highly reliable, professional, and truly dedicated to creating unforgettable memories. I cannot recommend them enough!
