What can I say, in one word it was Brilliant. Esther is someone, on whom you can bet 1000 dollars regarding tour management and hospitalities! She was Great in every aspect. Before the trip I was so worried because I was travelling with my senior parents, and moreover had to send the whole amount ( which I completely understood) beforehand.
