I am not someone that normally writes reviews but I felt I must share my amazing experience. From start to finish I could not recommend Kojuu safaris more! Patrick was our personal guide and he was incredible. From the day he picked us up from the airport until 8 days later when he dropped us off he made sure we had the most unique, exciting, luxurious, comfortable, fun experience. Patrick made us feel that he genuinely wanted us to experience the best safari we could have. He went out of his way looking for animals ensuring we had good spots to take photos of animals. Because of Patrick our safari adventures was filled with endless animals sighting and unique experiences.

Judith was amazing at responding to emails when booking the trip. She helped me individualize the perfect safari for my husband and I.

Initially, when booking a Safari, the choices are overwhelming. Stop and book with Kojuu safaris. They will give you the experience of a lifetime.

How do you choose a safari company? Well, I discounted travel agents as I wished to organise everything myself. Then many companies don't book solo travellers and some reviews are better than others. I came across Kojuu Safaris and Judith in the office was so very helpful and answered all my questions so graciously. The itinerary suited me and the price was reasonable so I booked with Kojuu Safaris.
I was met at the airport in Arusha and taken to the hotel before beginning my 5 day safari to Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongo National Parks.
Patrick was the driver/guide and Abdul his assistant. Patrick was experienced and so very knowledgeable and they were both wonderful companions on the trip. Patrick had the knowledge and knack of finding game and was often among the first to arrive at spectacular scenes. Even in Ngorongo Crater he was early to arrive at the appearance of the very rare Black Rhino.
The accommodation was perfect and overall I would give Kojuu Safaris 10 out of 10 and I am now in the process of recommending them to friends who are contemplating safaris.

Simon greeted us at the airport with flowers to celebrate our marriage, immediately making us feel welcome and safe in a country we'd never visited before.

They went above and beyond by customizing our safari vehicle with a photo of our dog on the doors - something no other company does! They even coordinated with our hotels to ensure our honeymoon was celebrated throughout our stay. These special touches made our trip truly unforgettable.

Judith crafted an itinerary that perfectly matched our wishes and remained flexible throughout, adjusting plans based on our feedback. The full-service experience was seamless - from airport pickup to having a dedicated guide and driver throughout our entire Tanzania adventure.

Speaking of guides, we couldn't have asked for anyone better than Haruni - seriously, he’s the BEST. His extensive knowledge of the parks and wildlife, combined with his professional driving skills, made us feel completely safe while ensuring we had the adventure of a lifetime. His expertise led us to spot not just the "Big 5," but also countless other fascinating animals we'd never even heard of! His passion for wildlife and dedication to giving us the best possible experience was evident every step of the way. We really enjoyed spending time with him.

My wife Dianne and I chose Kojuu for the Tanzania leg of our honeymoon and are so happy that we did. Our safari guide and driver, Peter, was excellent. He was a highly skilled driver (necessary on muddy, unpaved roads!), very knowledgeable, and consistently surprised us with his ability to spot animals in the bush and in the distance. Over the past week, he was super caring, made sure the vehicle was spotless, and had a great network of fellow safari guides to make sure we saw all the best animal sightings. This was while making sure we were precisely on schedule. Asante sana Kojuu and Peter! Thank you for making this leg of our honeymoon so memorable.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for such an incredible experience. Everything, start to finish, was pure perfection. Peter, our guide, became part of our family, he was friendly, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. I couldn’t believe how much we managed to see, it was beyond what I could have ever imagined.

The hotels and camps we stayed in were also exceptional. The whole process was made extremely easy by Kojuu Safaris, from the very start of your day until the end, nothing was a problem. Thank you so much, I really can’t wait to book another trip with you!
