incredible
5/5

this was probably the best trip of my life! we booked the 3 day safari, and we though that it would be a group safari, and it turned out to be PRIVATE !!! it was luxury, the tenant we stayed in was magical, 5 star ! it had hot water, amazing food, and coney bed! we had the best driver on earth! he has been with the company 20 years! and he knew exactly where to go to see action! we saw more in 3 days than people saw in 7 days!
most amazing trip, and it is important to take a good company, so they know where to drive and where to take you ! so you see the best of the best! def 5 star experience !!

Fantastic Safari Experience for Cheap
5/5

Our safari experience greatly exceeded our expectations. Additionally, we felt the safari was a very good value, and I would book through this same company in the future. All transportation and hand-offs went very well. Our guides were knowledgeable and friendly and enabled us to see everything that we wanted. We felt safe at all times, with no problems or hiccups along the way. The food provided was good, and we were never hungry. They fed us well. Finally, the communication of the office was fantastic, allowing us to experience the exact safari we were looking for. A terrific experience and highly recommended! Note: both camping and accommodation (lodge-hotel) options are available. We did a combination of both. I thought the camping was fine. However, my father would have preferred the lodges. The lodge we did stay in was amazing. It was fun hearing the noises of the wildlife while camping.

Absolutely awesome and fantastic 4 days 3 nights all inclusive safari adventure with family
5/5

1) Great help in the planning stage and good recommendations within our budget - was made easy since one of the locations for the operator was in Dallas, TX, USA. The operator understood clearly the holiday and vacation requirements and made it easy
2) Owner of the operator personally greeted us in Arusha, Tanzania and shared his personal experience
3) Awesome tour guides - knowledgeable and english speaking and able to explain details and the eco-system of the serengeti
4) Saw all the Big 5 of Africa, a lot of other wildlife and birds,
5) The Kisura campsite was a great place - stayed 2 nights in the serenora area of serengeti and the experience of hearing hyenas at night, and seeing giraffes near the tents and leopard near the mess just made us aware that we are the strangers and the animals own this land -
6) The whole game drive experience, seeing lions, lion cubs, elephants with their young, wildebeast and zebras together and the whole experience made the TV come to life in front of us.
7) Great advice was given to us on things to do before getting to Tanzania - like getting yellow fever innoculation, binoculars, cameras, deet, malaria protection, etc
Would definitely use Authentic African Safaris again and recommend to anyone thinking of safari to Tanzania

They are customer friendly
5/5

Communication - Effective and create time for their customers
Service- they are flexible and efficient in services offered.
Living to expectations- they were punctual, comfortable vehicle, staff members were friendly.
The safari tour was good everything went on well as planned.

The lodge we were booked in was good had adequate facilities, the manager on duty received us well, but there needs proper facility maintenance and cleaning staff needs to do their job well.

I have been to African gameparks 60+ times over 30 years; the trip to Uganda was one of the best.
5/5

It was one of my best trips, not just because of gorilla tracking, but because the guide Jonah, who was with the four us for 21 days, is the best ever (and I have had some excellent ones) His knowledge of all things Ugandan is encyclopedic, but more importantly his skill in finding wild life is phenomenal. How he spotted distant lions up in tree branches was amazing. A wonderful gentleman. Arrangements made by the agent were excellent, first class accommodations, good food (including fried grasshoppers, BY REQUEST) and efficient transfers. Uganda does not have the game quantity of other parts of East and South Africa (after the Amin era depredations) but has representation of enough, plus gorillas, chimps, shoebills, Nile and mountain scenery, and is uncrowded.

Timely responses, and well co ordinated arrangements
4/5

With the bookings done with Inclusive Africa, in most of the cases, the services have been satisfactory. We always find our rooms well reserved any time we go to the hotel .Even in a trip to Arusha ,the bookings are normally done in good time and reminders of payments very timely. In case of a disappointing booking (I quote Naivasha last year)the monies were refunded immediately which was very good.

Samburu lived up to & exceeded all of my expectations
Overall rating
5/5

I visited Samburu National Reserve in the last week of February 2018. The weather was beautiful everyday. I stayed at Larsens Tent Camp which was a wonderful 5 star experience with exceptional service & food.
The very first day we arrived at Samburu we saw most of the wildlife we hadn't seen elsewhere, such as Greater Kudu, Somali Ostrich, Gunther's Dikdik, Beisa Oryx, Vulturine Guineafowl, Gerenuk, Grevy's Zebra, Reticulated & Rothschild Giraffes as well as many different bird species and a special highlight was seeing a Striped Hyena, as well as seeing the usual, most still fantastic wildlife Samburu has to offer.
Our guides supplied by Rhino Safaris through Cheesemans' Ecological Safaris were outstanding. They were extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful and great drivers.
I would highly recommend Samburu National Reserve to anyone interested in going on a safari in Kenya and I would love to go back one day myself!

Custom Safari Adventure
5/5

Was referred to Marianne by a friend in the States. She was excellent. I have planned trips for my friends before and we are always looking for something out of the ordinary that would not be found on regular tours or searching the internet. Marianne was very familiar with the countries in Africa and the various Safari lodges and arranged a tour around our interests. She spent months narrowing down the choices with the result being a once in a lifetime experience that was well within our budget. She knew what was important to spend money on and what was not. In coordinating the trip the fact that I lived in the United States and Marianne was in South Africa was not a problem. Excellent all around.

Fantastic and varied trip around Uganda and Rwanda
5/5

We booked a 15 night trip with Ken Bushman and I would have no hesitation in recommending him. Communication was excellent throughout the planning stages and he made very valuable suggestions and discussed/changed details to tailor our trip to our exact preferences. We used a variety of accommodation ranging from budget to luxury and all were up to our expectations. The journey was well paced and well balanced with a wealth of fascinating experiences. Wildlife highlights included walking with rhinos at Ziwa sanctuary, seeing chimps in Kibale forest, Gorillas in Bwindi NP, Boat trips on the Nile to Murchisons Falls and on the Kazinga channel and numerous game drives in different national parks. We also added on a 2 night trip into Rwanda which provided quite a contrast to Uganda with interesting visits to the Kigali Genocide memorial and other sites. Bushman is an excellent guide, everything ran smoothly, any minor hiccups (inevitable on a trip such as this) were easily and professionally sorted out. Uganda is a great destination with more variety than you might expect - a visit with Bushmemories safaris would be a great way to see it.

Unforgettable Safari experience and a very relaxed holiday ending at Zanzibar
5/5

We have had a lifetime experience with the Safari tour, as arranged by Flash Safaris. Our 'eagles-eye' guide William, who was very dedicated, with high expertise and had much attention for our 3 kids, took us to the amazing wildlife and landscapes of the Lake Manyare NP, Serengeti NP, NgoroNgoro and Tarangire NP.
We enjoyed the stays in the Tented Logdes, in which the staff took care of delicious fresh meals, nice camp fires and secure nights.
We had the opportunity to stay at the Rothia Valley lodge and childrens home, where we have been touched emotionally by the initiative to give the orphans of Rothia a new future with care and education. Also the visit to the Iraqw family in Rothia was very impressive.
The last part of our holidays we spent at Zanzibar, in the Ocean Paradise Resort. A beautiful resort with very customer friendly staff. We didn't want to get back home.
Thank you Magda, Edward and the Flash Safaris team for the splendid organisation and support to make this experience in Tanzania and Zanzibar unforgettable.
