Review about Unique Tours & Safaris by Georg Treptow
Heike put an amazing trip together for us. She has travelled all the spots she recommended herself and was able to provide information to each location that would have been hard to find elsewhere.
Everything was planned perfectly, from the timing of the various lodges and campsites to the directions to the various sights.
We already booked travel with her again for 2012.

Review about Moremi Game Reserve by Linda Hoernke
This was my favorite park...I have never seen colors like this in the grass, trees and land before...something very spiritual about Moremi.

Chobe is to touch Africa with all your senses and leave with a place in your heart forever.
The colors and smells of Chobe touched me..all your senses are heightened. The smell of the African Sage, the hippos in the water, the colorful birdlife, the crocodiles and the large herds of elephants playing at the rivers edge. The people are simple and friendly and the camping is a lifetime experience. Wake to a sunrise over the African bush and to the animals venturing out for the day. A monkey swings above you, a hippo serenades you, a warthog rustles through the brush...this is Africa!

Review about Uganda by Dena
I am not really in to birding, but I did notice quite a few different types of birds and some interesting coloured birds and our guide, a Park Ranger was able to tell me about them; but as I said, as I am not a birder not I'm not sure if this what one would be looking for. Having said that, if you have an interest in birds, I would assume you have an interest in wildlife in general, so I think it is still a not to be missed destination.

Fabulous primate destination
Primates were great. Inches away from Mountain Gorillas and 20 feet from Chimps on a walking safari. The River Cruise on the Kazinga had amazing views of hippos, elephants, birds, etc.
Food was surprisingly good. Very uncrowded. Accommodations were very good. Queen Elizabeth safari not up to Serengeti or South Africa standards but still ok. Guide was great. There were two of us and a guide and Land Rover for a week. Rarely saw other tourists. The locals were colorful but not sure they really liked us being there, esp if we took photos of them.
All in all, not on the beaten path but the experience is one not to be missed.

Review about Kruger National Park by Jerome Parisse
Kruger is a fantastic destination. It is well developed, but still very wild, and the facilities are good. The national park itself is fascinating, but there are also private reserves which are well worth the visit. I would go back any time!
Review about Kenya by LimeWave
Lots of chances to watch wildlife, not that many visitors and a varied landscape.

its the biggest national park in kenya where you can see all types of wildlife, the views, the bush, and lots of lodges to stay and places to see like mizima springs.

Review about Ngorongoro Crater by Dudley
Similar to the Serengeti in terms of numbers of tourists, this open expanse is dramatically set in a crater and full of wildlife. The weather wasn't great when we were there, in part thanks to its altitude.
We saw a lioness make a kill at one point, which was inevitably quite exciting, though our view was obstructed at points by the other 4x4s that were gathered on the path ahead of us. I would have liked more time here.

Lots to see, expecially if this is your first safari experience!
