A COUNTRY OF HUGE CONTRASTS
We were only in Jo'burg, so I can't comment on all of S.Africa. We were staying in Sandton - total luxury everywhere you looked - the cars, the buildings, the malls. We did a trip on the Green bus route around the area where Mandela lived latterly. Wow.. However the houses are all locked in behind high walls, electrical fences, security. We were strongly advised against going out on our own - our hotel had a shuttle bus to the mall and convention centre. There is security everywhere however. We did a day trip to Pilansberg reserve. Very enjoyable with a very knowledgeable guide - plenty of elephants with babies and a rhino with her baby too. We saw a lot of plains game and also the birdlife was lovely. On our final day after the Expo that we were attending, we went to Soweto and the Apartheid museum. Well worth the visit.

Chance to see amazing animals in a natural environment.
We loved our game drives and saw so many amazing animal interactions. We got so close up to lions feeding and saw cubs, wild dogs, and a lot of other beautiful animals. We did not enjoy walking safari’s or boat rides. The people we met in Botswana were very kind and thoughtful. We were served great food and all lodgings were very nice.

Cape Town is nice. Must visit Kruger. Don't go to Joburg!
Cape Town is paradise. Kruger National Park gives memorable experience. Food is cheap and nice.
Joburg sucks!!!! So dangerous.

Review about Tsavo East National Park by Felix Kamami Charles
Tsavo EastNational Park is big and has a bigger number of wildlife. though most of them are hard to find. if you happen to be at the right place in the right time, you will be happy you visited. if you are lucky enough you'll find all the big five members in a day. There are good hotels inside the park incase one plans on staying for a fews days.

Extremly friendly people, fascinating wildlife, beautiful scenery
We had our Safari in early May. So the number of tourists was low, which created a very relaxed atmosphere with a superb service. All facilities were open and well staffed. Beacon Tours had selected top level lodges. The peak temperature in Nairobi, Masai Mara and Nakuru Park was 25 degrees which was very comfortable. In four days we watched the fig four (only leopards kept hiding) from short distance. About 30 lions, 50 buffalos, 50 girafes, 30 elephants, hundreds of antilopes, impalas, zebras, white and dark rhinos, hippos, cheetas, monkeys, ostrichs, others birds....
ALL people were very friendly and helpful. We had the impression that a whole country was working on giving us the best vacation experience of our lifes.

Beautiful
Nairobi National Park is the perfect destination for Nairobi residents and tourists who dont want to travel far from the capital city to see wildlife. the weather was perfect during my day of visit. and from the look of the scenery it seemed like its mostly like that. (calm weather.) we saw a variety of wildlife including lions which was my main wildlife i was eager to see. Overall rating, i would give Nairobi National park a 6.

Beautiful country of Africa which can be compared to any beautiful country in the world
We, a party of 3 adults travelled to Kenya on 01 May 2023 and returned on 10 May 2023. We principally had 2 main plans - a 4-day safari in Masai Mara and a 4-day trip to Diani beach near Mombasa.
Safari day 1 was spent in Nakuru lakeside in Sarova Lionhill Game Lodge which was is of the best resorts ever for us. Nestled on a mountain overlooking the lake Nakuru it had the most scenic views. Game drive from the resort was fantastic with white rhinos, buffalos, gazelles, flamingos, baboons, etc.
Masai Mara savannah is a place to visit at least once everyone's lifetime. Although we were in a lean season (which is better as less tourists) the number of animals were fewer than peak season from July to September but it worked better for us as we could more spend more time at key places. We saw all the big five including lion kill, leopard kill and more...
Our tour guide Solomon from Explorer Kenya Safaris was very courteous, knowledgeable, knew Masai Mara like the back of his hand so he could take us to all the happening places with ease.

Fantastic safari thanks to SED Adventures!
An unforgetable 5 day safari. Very helpful and reliable organisation. They organized everything for us, even accomodation before and after the safari. Also our bustickets from Dar to Arusha. Our driver Anthony was always helpful and had a great deal of knowledge about all of the wildlife and local life. Also our cook Alex suprised us every day with delicious meals. We would definitely recommend SED Adventures to anyone. They were friendly, reliable and good organized. Many thanks to them for the warm welcome and for their personal goodbye at the end of the trip.
