honest, helpful, responsive
The tour agent is honest. Safari 4x4 vehicle that we were on were relatively new & powerful. Bildad was responsive & helpful, gave advices on our hotel on final night in Nairobi, as well as advised us it's safe to walk around CBD.
During safari tour to Masai mara & Amboselli, Denis is always on time to pick us up, trying his best to give us better view of the animals. He always answered our questions. By the way, he could spot the animals from very far.

A Truly Memorable Safari By Tanzania Explorer - Almost Perfect!
We had the most incredible experience with Tanzania Explorer, and we can't recommend them highly enough. From the very beginning, everything was handled with care and professionalism. The itinerary was perfectly tailored to our wishes, needs, and budget, and it was clear that the team had really taken the time to understand what we were hoping for. We got planned a safari for 5 days. Three day and half day in Serengeti and one full day in Ngorongoro.
Communication was excellent throughout. The team stayed in touch both before and during the trip, checking in regularly and making sure we felt well taken care of at all times. That sense of support allowed us to fully relax and enjoy the experience.
Our guide, Joshua, was absolutely amazing — knowledgeable, warm, and attentive. Each game drive brought something new and exciting, and he had a great instinct for finding quiet spots, so we often felt like we were the only ones out there. It was amazing seeing the wildlife up close and how they existed naturally in their habitats. It was also wonderful how Joshua could read the animals behavior and respectfully showed care by keeping distance if needed. Joshua shared his passion and deep understanding of the wildlife in a way that made the whole experience even more engaging. Around the table, he brought humor and great storytelling, which added even more to the atmosphere.
We stayed at Tukaone and Ngorongoro camps, both of which were welcoming and comfortable with friendly staff. Both camps were located at beautiful destinations and offered nature beyond compare. The food was delicious and comforting after long eventful days with game-drives, and we especially appreciated how they tried to accommodate dietary needs like lactose-free meals and vegetarian options. Although the vegetarian lunchboxes were generally enjoyed, they occasionally felt incomplete, as the meat was often simply removed without being replaced with an alternative source of protein. Regardless, the lunchboxes provided were much appreciated!
That said, we did encounter one issue at Ngorongoro Camp, where dinner one evening was surprisingly limited. We were a group of four (including one vegetarian), but the portions served were barely enough for two light eaters. We noticed that groups of all sizes were served the same quantity, which left us still hungry. When we politely asked for more, we were told there was no additional food available — despite the camp not being full. This was unexpected and a bit disappointing, especially since meals were meant to be generous. Sadly, we went to bed hungry that night. We share this only in hopes that it can be improved for future guests.
Overall, though, this was truly a trip of a lifetime, and we’re incredibly grateful to Tanzania Explorer for making it all possible. We’ll absolutely recommend them to others and hope to travel with them again in the future.

Endorsed for safaris
It was a fantastic safari adventure with Tanzania Wildlife Adventures. Our guide Festus deserves special acknowledgment for keeping us interested and captivated throughout the entire safari and we were left yearning for more. We explored four parks with Festus, starting off with Tarangire, followed by Manyara then Serengeti and Ngorongoro.
We enjoyed the trip so much and loved every second of it. I endorse my recommendation for this local company with no reservations.
