4 Day Gorilla and Chimpanzee Trekking Safari in Uganda
I went on a wonderful solo 4-day safari in Uganda. My guide Fred was excellent. I was picked up early in the morning from Entebbe and driven to Kibale National Park. The next morning I went Chimpanzee trekking, which was fantastic, and in the afternoon I went for a community tour, which was fascinating and eye-opening, and a swamp walk, on which I saw many different types of birds, monkeys and interesting plants. The next day we drove South to Bwindi Forest through Queen Elizabeth National Park, where I saw lots of wildlife including tree-climbing lions. The following day I went Gorilla trekking. This was a magical experience and the highlight of my 6 weeks in Africa. After gorilla trekking, we drove to Kigali, where my safari ended. Overall, the experience was excellent and I would highly recommend it. I particularly enjoyed my guide Kambugu "Fred" Sunday, who was a great and knowledgeable guide.

Wonderful
We were able to see the big 5 game drive was great. Especially our driver John. He was able to get us whereever there was a somthing to see.
We saw about 4-5 Lions and 3 leopards. We even spotted a hippo just waking in the bush.
Accommodation, food and weather were all great during our 5days tour.
Nothing to complain about. We had a Wonderful time.

Amazing wildlife, beautiful scenery and an all round great trip!
The national parks were breath-taking. The Serengeti vast and full of live action wildlife, complete with one of the most amazing sunrises I have ever witnessed. Ngorogoro Crater was abundant with animals, strikingly different terrains, such a beautiful landscape. Tarangire, home of the elephants, blew us away with the numbers of animals all around. Highly recommend Tanzanian Safari to everyone!
In terms of the agent itself there were a few changes to the programme which we were not informed about until we arrived, promises which were not kept and disappointments with arrangements after clear requests and acknowledgement. I would also have liked more information from the guide as we went around with daily plans and animal facts, but overall had a great trip and food was great!

Well organized, excellent guide and accomodations.
Well organized, excellent guide and accomodations. The Serengeti landscape is worth the trip all by itself. The wildlife is a fantastic bonus!

One of the most imaginative place definitely worth visit
Specific nature, unique wildlife, nearly comfortable weather, friendly people, smart and reliable travel companies, high professional level of guides are what I would note first of all from the impressions received during my journey. For scheduling the individual trip I would recommend to bear in mind significant transportation time needed to get from one site to another while using ground transport.

Great experience in the Kgalagadi
Our eight days in the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park with Legend Safaris were great. Our guide, Arun, was friendly, knowledgeable and looked after us well. As well as knowing his stuff on the local wildlife, he was able to provide tips on getting the best photos of our sightings, and he is a great cook!
Our trip was split between the three camps of Twee Rivieren, Nossob and Mata Mata. We saw a lot of birdlife - becoming reasonably adept at identifying the ones we saw most often - as well as Oryx, Springbok, Kudu, Red Hartebeest, Eland, Honey badger, Jackel, Cape Fox, Bat-eared fox, Ostrich, Hyena, Wildebeest, Giraffe, Mongoose, Meerkat, Ground squirrel, Spring hare.
We saw a cheetah from a distance on the ridge, but had two great lion sightings. The first, spotted on the ridge, and heading towards the riverbed. Arun knew he was likely to be heading to the waterhole, and got us into the prime spot at the waterhole. We also saw a pride of lions on the day we departed the park - 1 male and five females. My wife was really chuffed to spot a caracal as sightings are apparently quite rare, and we got a good photo of it.
In short the Kgalagadi is a great place to visit, and Legend Safaris were a good choice for us. Its a long way to get there (especially if like us, you drive from Cape Town!) but well worth it.

Wonderful Experience. saw over 50 species animals.
I stayed Tanzania 5nights 6days. Owner John welcomed me at airport at the first day. John was flexibly dealt with me, show me masai market, coffee factory, rested in venice hotel arusha. 2nd day, private tour to Masai Villege. took a while to start the tour, didnt expected to walk so much but i could see the masai house, hear singing and beautiful view. went to shopping in Masai market at the end. the Guide Emanuel was so kind and gentle. 3rd day, went to Seregenti. I was told to depart at 6am but it was 7:30am. but John apologized me and fixed.10:30 pick up tents at sunbright campsite.12:30 took the time to across the boarder of the park, ngorogoro, 15:20 seregenti gate. 16:35 Game drive started. It was late so only 1 hour game drive, but Guide Frank let us see the cheetah''s family. 17:45 pick up other guest which had car trouble. 18:00 reach camp site and built the tent. no hot shower, but comfortable in sleeping bag/mat/tent. 4th day., 6:00am depart for game drive in Seregenti National park.(my favorite)we saw Lions,Leopard, and many animals.11:30 back to campsite, ate branch. 13:00 leave for ngorogoro. waited a while at the gate again. 18:00 arrived nogorogoro camp site. i heard hot shower and wifi available but only cold shower at night. it was very cold but loved the camp. 5th day, 6:00am went to ngorogoro crator,2nd day game drive, had already saw Big 5 include rare Black Rhinoceros, thanks to patience of guide Frank. he was bit rough, not explain whats happening, but there are reason how he do. so i trusted and followed him then we made the day. even had 2 time tire flat, went happy unforgettable day at the end. We could stay Nice cotage at sunbright campsite with hot shower. Chef albert cooks delicies, but he didnt tell us the menu, so i didnt know what is next or how much should i eat apptizer or main like that. 6th last day, went Tarangire. we had already saw major animal a lots. so this was relaxation game drive, more elephants and birds.i had evening flight so Guide Frank and John took me the kilimanjaro airport , escorted me and brought the delicious coffee i ordered at first day. Thank you very very much for wonderful experience. I shall return.

Incredible Serengeti and Ngorongoro Safari
Had a fantastic safari expertly organised by Allan Kimaro. Allan came to my accommodation prior to the safari to confirm all the details and make sure everything was arranged as necessary. We went on a four day 3 night trip that included Serengeti National Park as well as Ngorongoro Crater. We saw lots and lots of animals. Personal highlights were the herd of elephants, cheetah and rock python in the Serengeti! Allan arranged for us to camp in the centre of the Serengeti on one night and the rim of the crater on the final night - an amazing experience with zebras amongst the tents on the crater rim. Allan arranged for a cook to join us for the whole safari and the breakfast, lunch and dinner provided each day was delicious (chakula kizuri in Swahili!). The distances in the Serengeti and Ngorongoro are vast but our driver made the journey very comfortable for us. Safari in Tanzania was an incredible experience and we are grateful to Kashi African Safari for organising such a memorable trip for us.
