This was a trip of a lifetime for me. My expectations went over and beyond. Cannot wait to go back and will not travel with anyone but Go Touchdown. They made my dream come true

Trip of a lifetime!
5/5

I booked my trip at a travel show not knowing what to expect since I booked my trip at the first table I stopped at. Traveling to Africa had always been on my mind since I was 10 years old. Now being retired, I figured it was out of my reach. After talking with Marie, I realized this was a trip I was willing to take a chance on as a single traveler. I only have positive things to say about my trip to South Africa. From the time I was met at the airport, to the time I was dropped off at the airport, I was treated with the utmost respect. I wasn't sure how I would fit in with my four other fellow travelers but my driver Bill and guide Richard made me feel welcomed every minute of the trip. The staff is very professional while having a casual sense of humor to keep things moving in a positive direction. My experience in the bush while at Humala Lodge surpassed anything I could have ever dreamed up in my mind. I would highly recommend traveling with Go Touchdown Tours and hope to travel with them to South Africa again in the future. I am forever grateful that I ended up traveling with a tour group that focused on making sure I was happy while I was traveling on this big adventure. I loved every minute of it!

The most amazing experience of my life time and I have lived and traveled all over the world!
5/5

If you have ever wanted to visit South Africa and go on safari Go Touch Down Travels is the way to go. It is first class all the way. My group did a week in Cape Town and a week Safari. Having a small group of only 6 is key. I wouldn’t want to do it any other way. Cape Town was amazing. We saw and did everything and more. We also ate at the best restaurants breakfast lunch and dinner. The accommodations were above my expectations. We had excellent communication before the trip. During the trip I couldn’t believe the care and attention each of us was given. We were a demanding group and our guides exceeded our expectations as well.
The safari week was even better. Their reserve is special as are the accommodations. A magical place. The places we visited outside of the reserve were world wonders. Everyday I had tears in my eyes with the beauty. The value is excellent. My family and friends who have done similar tours with other companies paid much more, had huge groups, the accommodations didn’t compare and the places they ate were not nearly as high end as Go Touch Down. Especially if you have a family or a group this is the company to use. Thank you Go Touch Down for the trip of a lifetime.

So many thanks to this website for my first Safari.
This is a very user-friendly website for all visitors who like to go themselves
Our tour guide and the agency are very nice and responsible for all our needs such as picking us up at the location we stayed and sent us to the other city, Bagamoyo.
Mikumi is so beautiful for natural, and the weather was hot but dry and windy.
Cannot say anything but thanks to nature. Just escaped from the annoying things outside the world.
Nature gives a lot of energy.

This trip was exactly what we were looking for. Someone to take care of all the logistics and an incredibly guide to take us along the way. We still talk about this part of the trip and our guide.

Great Safari experience in Selous!
5/5

Before going to Tanzania, we hadn't really planned on going on a safari, but looking back, we're really glad we did! Driving to Selous from Dar es Salaam was great to see more of the country. We had a good vibe in the car, nice convos and a delicious local meal on the way to our camp. After arrival, we rested and then did a great boat safari. The game drive the next day was really interesting. Lenard was knowleadable, fun to talk to and except for Zebras we managed to spot all game we had hoped to see. Simply a great guide & a great guy! We can definitely recommend doing a Safari with Goin Green Safari Tours and advise you to book the tour directly with him.

The safari experience of a lifetime!
5/5

My Nasera Safari adventure the last two weeks in January 2019 far exceeded my expectations! Our driver and guide, Lube, was a wealth of knowledge about the culture and customs of Tanzania, and he seemed to have a sixth sense about when and where to find wildlife. We specifically wanted to photograph the animals of the four national parks we visited, and Lube made that happen, always positioning the Land Cruiser for the best camera angles, and always scouting the horizon for birds and mammals. And every night, after a day full of photography, we relaxed in the wonderful lodges we stayed in. If you want the safari experience of a lifetime, I cannot recommend Nasera Safari more highly.

Bwindi Gorilla Trekking 3 Days
4/5

We went to a Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi impenetrable forest. Our guide Chris provided us with a very good service. He picked us up (we were 3 people) in Kigali and drove us directly to the Ichumbi lodge, where we stayed the night before and after the trekking. On the way he organised and pre-ordered lunch for us in a hotel on the way (there were three menu options, one of them vegetarian) and he organised everything at the border from Rwanda to Uganda and made sure we did not have to stand in long queues. Along the way he knew the best places to take a beautiful picture, and he would tell us interesting facts about country and culture every now and then. He is a good driver and comfortable to be around. The lodge was lovely; nice location, perfect service, good food.
At the day of the trekking we were brought to a different zone of the national park than we had booked. We think this was probably because February is low season, so they put the tourists from two neighboring zones together to make a complete group. So it was a 1 hour drive in the morning to where the trekking started, but we did not mind because the sunrise was stunning, with mist hanging between the mountains. So Chris patiently stopped the car and I could take one of my favourite pictures of the trip.

We were lucky on the trekking and found the gorillas after about 1.5h. It’s an incredible experience. The rangers also make sure that everybody gets a good spot to watch the gorillas and they’ll take a pic for you if you ask.

Over all we are all very happy with the trip, and we always felt save and well looked after with Chris on our side, patiently answering any questions, looking after us and being a good “host”.

Everything went smoothly
5/5

Oasis picked us up from Kilimanjaro Airport, drove us 40 minutes to Arusha and put us up in the Arusha Tourist Inn the night before the 5-day safari. The next morning, they loaded our stuff into the truck, and they gave us an awesome two-man crew -- Iddy and Mathew. We ended up seeing The Big Five plus a family of cheetahs eating a kill, lions having sex and an up-close encounter with an itchy bull elephant. Iddy knew right where to go. And Mathew, who has an interesting past (ask him about it), made some killer soups and meals. The campsites were a bit rough, but that's not in the company's control. In the end, it was a lot of driving, but we saw a lot. We were then put back up in the Arusha Tourist Inn before flying out the next day. They took care of everything. Highly recommended!
