Another great experience with Gondwana
5/5

We just returned from 3 days in the Motswari Private Reserve in SA. Once again, Mark and team organized an incredible trip! I can't say enough about the safari staff and their unending effort to make our stay wonderful. We saw so many animals, that I literally have to try to remember on which day we first saw a leopard eating its "fresh kill" , a lion pride, the pack of wild pups being fed by their mother, or the mama elephant nursing her baby. Our guide and tracker, Landon and Brian could not have worked harder to make sure we saw everything possible. The food was fantastic, as was our accommodation. This is our 2nd trip with Gondwana and I would highly recommend their company!!

It was amazing everything went smoothly and with excellent attitude
5/5

Excellent service for any question or problem I received immediately and satisfactorily.
I think even beyond expectations.
Glad to say that I would warmly recommend the company to trips to my friends.
Particularly want to note the driver Eddie who has done above and beyond his position in an attempt to fulfill all we have asked one by one.

a journey beyond expectation
5/5

1, The communication before departure is smooth, professional and fast. This is an important reason why I chose KETS from several travel agencies in the early days.
2, The driver and the travel agency staff picked up the plane at the airport gate and everything went smoothly.
3, The hotel is very satisfied. Most of them are the best hotels in the area. The driver also communicated with the front desk and gave us the best room.
4, The driver (Joseph, if I remember correctly) worked hard to help us find the animals. We saw the lion for three days. All Big Five have been found.
5, The driver did his best to meet our requirements and he did not ask us anything. The driver arranged everything and we concentrated on enjoying the journey. We are happy to give tips to him every day.
6, The off-road vehicle is very good. Very convenient to see animals.
7, The price is very good. This price is much cheaper than the Chinese travel agencies.
8, We have a journey of memories that exceeds expectations. KETS is the right choice. You will never regret it.

Fantastic, personalised, no stress, month long trip in South Africa at very short notice.
5/5

Benjamin was a gem. We gave him very short notice, just a few weeks, of coming to South Africa for a month to do primarily safaris and wanted to experience from self catering to 5 star. His communication was excellent and he quickly mapped out a trip for us that would maximise seeing wildlife. He greeted us at the airport and sorted out all issues, eg mobile phone coverage, car rental etc. Part of the planned trip ended up not happening due to changes to train schedules and Benjamin worked with us to make alternative arrangements. In the end, considering we ended up doing a walking safari, this was probably even better than our original plan. We saw lots of animals, including the endangered black rhino and it was one of the best holidays we have had. Benjamin made the trip pretty much stress free and I can't recommend Siya Phambile Expeditions highly enough. Thank you Benjamin for such a wonderful time.

Trip of a lifetime
5/5

We did a 3 week tour from Victoria Falls to Botswana then Namibia with Thinus as our wonderful guide.
it was an amazing trip. Chobe in Botswana was fantastic for wildlife, especially elephants. Moremi game reserve in the Okavango was beautiful for bird life and a resident hippo at our lodge was a bit of a thrill!
Namibia was beautiful also. Damaraland was spectacular and unexpected! Soussovlei was incredible too. Was great to incorporate beautiful landscapes into the trip instead of just focusing on game viewing
In terms of travel, accommodation and food the trip exceeded our expectations. The lodges (3-5star) were fantastic- interesting locations and unique styles.
Everything went perfectly smoothly thanks to the superb organization and attention to detail of our guide Thinus. Thinus was more than a “guide” - he was a born and bred Namibian with an interesting history and unique perspective and knowledge of the country.
We highly recommend Crisscross!!

The desert scenery is stark and beautiful—very few critters to be seen due to conditions, but some interesting lizards and beetles made an appearance.

About: Namibia
Magnificent wildlife and easy traveling

5/5

I can’t say enough good things about this country. Okonjima and Africats, Etosha, Palmwag, and the Namib desert were all beautiful. Our self drive tour felt safe and flexible. I will say that our trip might have been better done over three weeks than two due to the distances. Vegetarians well accommodated, vegans advised to bring protein snacks and shop for beans in the town supermarkets, as even the higher end camps and lodges were baffled (but they sure tried to help!).
