We had an amazing experience from start to finish with Shanjoy!! Patrick was super responsive during the checkin process and during the trip, and the itinerary itself was a great value - prompt hotel pickup, smooth checkin and flights (flying saves time and is great for people like me who may experience motion sickness driving from Nairobi), and gorgeous, comfortable accommodations. The best part was our patient and flexible driver Joseph who was so determined to ensure every game drive was a dream come true. He seemed to have a sixth sense for getting us close to the most majestic wildlife, not to mention his skill driving the vehicle and his obvious passion for his work. Patrick was very helpful with communication with Ashnil Mara (beautiful! Great food! Hippo sightings!). Finally, Shanjoy booked a hot-air balloon ride as part of our itinerary and we highly recommend this unforgettable experience. I would call the whole thing ‘once in a lifetime’ except I can’t wait to come back and do it again. We highly recommend this company!!

Nice and simple! Travelling with character!
We travelled as a family with two little child and booked the Wasini Dolphin Tour.
Our kids were a little bit too young (4&2) for this experience so I recommend travel without.
It was a beautiful boat tour. We stopped for snorchelling, had a funny wave-experience on the Kisite mpunguti island and were able to catch a glimpse on a pod of dolphins.
We had amazing food and a cool tour on wasini island.
Marl is such a friendly and nice guide, answered all our questions and had some fun and interesting stories to tell.
We do really recommend this tour!

Amazing
I had the best time exploring Masai Mara. My guide Peter was very informative, trying to show me every possible thing we could see in 2 days. I was a solo traveler and I could feel safe during the whole trip, which is a big plus for me. So thanks to Jocky Tours, and especially Peter for this great experience.

Amazing trip

Beauty and peace
The safari was located in a peaceful and clean area. We were collected from the airport by Goodluck who was our guide for the time we were in Tanzania. Our tourguide was knowledgable and patient with all our questions about the national parks and the animals. The best safari tour you can hope for. Great places to eat around. Me and my family warmely recommend this company for your trip around Tanzania.

My experience in Kenia has been really satisfying. Paul, owner of the tour operator has adapted my needs to the trip. We were 7 people (3 children 4 adults), our guide was very kind with the children and he always had answers to all of our questions. He also speaks spanish almost perfectly so it has been easier. The driver was a very nice "maasai", he drove lots and lots of hours but allways safely. The lodges were all very clean, some of them in the midle of the savannah, and the rooms very spacious. All the people of the lodges staff were really nice with us. The only negative experience was one hotel, it was not one of our choices and it turned out to be the worst one, specially the manner we received from the staff. It was a resort, not a lodge... maybe that's the reason. The general feeling is that the holiday was great value for money.
