We had booked a 3-day safari to the Selous park through Deo. The safari through the park was very impressive and our guide gave us a fantastic day.
Unfortunately, a lot of rain had fallen the night before departure, making the roads sometimes impassable and making it difficult to get back to Dar es Salaam. I had a wonderful experience, and would highly recommend to others. Our Safari guide Lethabo was very knowledgeable, pleasant and provided an excellent day. He handled the bull elephant charging toward our jeep very calmly and professionally. Guides communicate and share info so they optimize our chances of seeing animals.
