Nice Safari in Kenia
We did six days safari in different parks in Kenia. Initially, we contacted this company for safari information. James quickly sent us several offers; however, I must say that after payment, communication was minimal. For a moment, we worried we were dealing with an unprofessional company. We arrived at the airport, and James was waiting at the exit. I don't think he's a very outgoing person; he didn't move from his spot until we approached him, much less make any attempt to help us with our luggage. Fortunately, Joshua, our driver, arrived, and I must say he's the complete opposite.Joshua is a very empathetic, communicative, and patient person. He drove very well without speeding or putting us at risk. He explained each park and each road to us and clearly knows his job very well. We enjoyed every place and every lodge. Even on our last day, before heading to the airport, he took us to eat at an amazing steakhouse. The car was in excellent condition and very clean. Overall, we can recommend this company, but their customer service could be improved.

Bad Organization, good safari
Unfortunatley we can not reccomend this Safari operator. We booked a 10 day mid-range lodged safari for Kenya and Tanzania.
The organization was really bad, especially in tanzania. The lodges were mostly nice except the Hotel in Arusha wich was really bad ( absoloutley not mid-range). There was no running water on the first day and they scammed us at the check out as they charged our card twice. What really destroyed the experience was the drive between tanzania and kenia. The direct road from amboselli seemed to be destroyed so we had to do a 10h drive over Nairobi and were charged 80 Dollars extra. The drive back to nairobi was even worse. We were crammed into a small overloaded bus in wich we each only had half a seat for a 6h drive. It was absoulutley horrible. The Safari was nice though the drivers really did their Best so 5 Stars for them.

Excellent Safari with Mimak Travel
My husband and I had an unforgettable safari organized by Mimak Travel. From the very beginning, communication was clear and professional and every detail of our trip was handled smoothly. The itinerary covered both Tsavo East and Tsavo West, giving us a perfect balance of landscapes and wildlife.
Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly and made sure we didn’t miss any highlights from elephants and lions in Tsavo East to the stunning scenery of Tsavo West. The accommodation was comfortable and everything ran exactly as promised.
We felt well taken care of throughout the journey and the experience exceeded our expectations. Mimak Travel truly delivered a seamless and memorable safari. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a well organized adventure in Kenya!

Fantastic safari experience- Well organized and highly recommended!
They put together a plan that suited us very well, even for a larger group. The team was very solution-oriented and always made sure everything worked smoothly for us. The safari experience itself was excellent, with great driving and impressive knowledge of the wildlife. They are truly trustworthy people, and we highly recommend them.

Excellent Price to Value
We enjoyed the 3 days of Safari with baby bird tours very much. Everything from the pick up to the drop off at Diani Beach went very smoothly. We enjoyed the stay at the lodges as well as the variety of animals we have seen at Tsavo East and Taita Hills very much. Consequently we can only recommend baby bird tours for a safari at Kenya!
Amazing - gave us a trip better than we had dreamed!
They helped us with a late booking (our other tour operator lost his licence). All was efficient, low stress and easy. The trip was amazing. Get Isaac as your guide and have an amazing time. Excellent value for money with a few extras that made it even better. Saw at least 50 Golden Monkeys, 15 Gorillas including a Silver Back, mums and babies and lots of other animals, even toured around an island on Bonyonyi in a dugout canoe. All went better than hoped. Remember Isaac - great englizh, very knowledgable and he cared that we were happy and did everything to make that happen.

The best plug
This was by far one of the best safari experiences we have ever had. My wife and I did a 5-day private safari to Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara in February, and everything was perfectly organized thanks to our contact, Kenneth Nduso, who is an excellent safari planner.
The camps were fantastic, the food was great, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Our guide, Paul, took exceptional care of us and was very knowledgeable. He always knew the best places to go, especially for wildlife photography, which made the experience even more special.
We saw incredible wildlife and truly enjoyed every moment of the trip. We highly recommend this company to anyone planning a safari in Kenya.

Review about Queen Elizabeth National Park by Brian Ralph
Its a good national park. Going into the gorge to see chimps here was really amazing. I think we liked it more than Kibale, but that could be situational. The park had all the things you were looking for though maybe more limited than say the Serengeti. We really enjoyed the boat ride in the channel, especially for the birding.
