I had an incredible 18-day group joining trip with NomadAura Expeditions from 17th December 2025 to 4th January 2026, exploring Victoria Falls in Zambia and traveling through Botswana, Tanzania, Malawi, Namibia, and Zimbabwe. Every destination was thoughtfully curated, making the journey not only seamless but genuinely exciting from start to finish.
One of the highlights of this trip was the group experience. I had the pleasure of making amazing new friends from different backgrounds, which added so much joy and connection to the adventure. Our guide, Tony, was exceptional: knowledgeable, patient, and always ready to help, ensuring everyone felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout the journey.

Magnificent safari
Nine days in Kenya an we took a couple of tours, all with Kalvin and Johnson from Olengugih Safaris.
A 2-day Masai Mara safari which was an amazing experience and adventure. We did see a lot of the animals and the guide and driver Johnson was excellent. The night at Muthu Keekorok Lodge was mor than expected for the price we paid. Nice and clean room, good lunch, dinner and breakfast. Nice lockout and bar by the hippo pool.
For our days we had Nairobi as a base and did tours to Nairobi national parks, Sheldrick Wildlife orphanage, Giraffe’s center and also a hike/run at Mount Longonot.
We as a family of 4 are very happy and satisfied with the adventures, service, guides, prices and vehicles.

Afromania's trips are safe, comfortable, excellent value for money and fun. I recommend them.
I did 3 night Gorilla trekking tour with Afromania in October 2024. Afromania selected 2 x safe, scenic and very comfortable hotels for me to stay in. Their staff from the driver were kind and evry knowledgeable about all the areas we travelled in. Transport was safe, comfortable and very appropriate for the windy mountain hills.
If you wish to go on a Gorilla trekking tour I recommend Afromania.

organized, timely, responsive, and providing a quality experience
In late November 2025, a nine-day private tour for my husband and me, was provided by Topy Tours in Arusha, Tanzania. From the initial contact with Jackson at Topy Tours, communication was prompt, all questions answered completely, and prices stated. The tour was outlined and the proposed itinerary experienced.
Our guide, Joseph, was patient, knowledgeable, accommodating, and willingly answered questions about culture, politics, ecology, landscape formation, and many other topics. He quickly understood our desires and made suggestions to customize the tour for us. His knowledge and demeanor were outstanding.
The wildlife encountered ranged from cheetahs, leopards, lions, and elephants to warthogs and leopard tortoises. We are interested in birds. Joseph found and helped identify numerous species.
The Topy Tour safari took us to a wide variety of landscapes with few other tourists and a great abundance of wildlife. The size of one mixed herd of wildebeests and zebras filled our view.
We have no hesitation recommending services provided by Topy Tours.

An amazing memory for life, worth everting!
From the first email to the last minute of the safari Lekobe was great in all ways. They always responded quick, they did a individually safari-package just for us, they were always contactable and very helpful in whatever we needed.
We got an experience for life during our safari and everything was very well organized. We didn’t have to think about anything, they planed it all, flights from/back to Zanzibar, taxis, hotels etc. Even at the safari everything was great and we enjoyed every minute of both the accommodations, food, the route etc.
Our guide, Philipo, was also super! He made sure we got what we needed, he was very responded, he always did his best to find all animals and make sure we could see them from a perfect position.
I really recommend Lekobe and Philipo for your adventure, you will definitely not be disappointed.

My safari went very well and was in line with the advertised program. Victor, the manager, was highly professional and extremely attentive: he provided binoculars, a Wi-Fi box, and even gave us an agency T-shirt as a souvenir. The logistics were good overall, apart from a few minor improvisations. Everything was well organized, with clear explanations and efficient hotel pick-up. The picnic lunches were very decent, while the breakfast could be improved. The lodge is quite basic and not really a lodge, but it does have a small, refreshing swimming pool. Apart from the leopard, we were able to see all the iconic safari animals.

The best possible, fabulous knowledge of the park, the animals, the Masai, and Tanzania
Our experience exceeded the expectations of me and my wife, which were high. The key was our tour guide, Noel, who couldn’t have been better. Not only was he knowledgeable about the park and the animals, but he was a wealth of knowledge about the Massi and the social structure and politics of Tanzania. Secondarily was the choice of venue by the owner of Choice Safaris, Brenda, who communicated extensively and responsively to arrange the best possible safari experience. Based on our experience, we will be going back to Africa, for sure!

My family and I had a spectacular 10 day trip with Cari Local African Safaris over New Year. Their representative, Rose, answered every question we had during the planning stage promptly and accurately, giving us confidence we were working with an honest, reputable and professional company. She helped us design an itinerary which gave good variety, whilst staying within our budget. The safari itself was magnificent. Our driver and guide, Gama, was both knowledgeable, personable and fun, striking an instant rapport with my two boys, while also being able to discuss the nature and habits of the animals in more detail with my husband, and giving us the feeling we were in experienced and trustworthy, hands. He also drove expertly, including through some very difficult terrain where other land cruisers got stuck. We saw every animal possible, many at close quarters - lions, cheetahs, and even a leopard, plus loads of elephants, hippos, giraffes, rhino, and herds of antelope. The accommodation (mid-range) was also exactly as described, clean, stylish and comfortable, with delicious food. We particularly loved our tented lodges, near and in the Serengeti, which felt very luxurious for the price. We ended our trip with three glorious days in Zanzibar, also arranged by Rose. The whole trip was a life changing, memorable experience for our whole family. I cannot recommend Rose, Gama, and Cari Safaris highly enough.
