Truely going the extra Mile!
We had a wonderful experience with Roko and the rest of his team. One of the main highlights for me was getting to experience the real Tanzania. We visited local markets, saw the village where Roko grew up, and stopped at places where people were preparing BBQ, selling sheep and cows, and milling maize. Moments like these gave us a glimpse into everyday life and made the trip feel very authentic.
That said, the safari itself was also excellent. Roko and Essau (our driver) were great guides—very knowledgeable, good company, and always happy to answer questions. Roko has a amazing eyeside, so he spots the animals way before we even knew they where there. Thanks to him we were able to see all of the Big Five, as well as many other animals. Along the way they shared a lot of interesting information about the animals, the landscape, and the ecosystems, which made the experience even more rewarding.
I believe booking with Roko Safaris gives you a very authentic safari experience. Miranda and Roko tailor the trip to your interests and what you would like to get out of it. If your focus is on seeing the Big Five, that works perfectly. If you are interested in learning more about Maasai culture or visiting local communities, that can also be arranged. They are very flexible and happy to adapt the itinerary.
For me it was a once-in-a-lifetime trip, so many thanks to Roko, Miranda, Essau, and the rest of the team.

Incredibly reliable, great value, knowledgeable and safe
I have used James on at least 6 occassions, both for my family and myself and when we have friends and family visiting us in Kenya. We have gone to Samburu, the Maasai Mara and Amboseli. James has also coordinated a trip to the Serengeti for us. The cars are well maintained, James is very reliable and safe driver who knows a lot about Kenya's history and the animals across the parks. His cars are comfortable and the rates are very fair compared to many other providers in Kenya. I have been living in Kenya 6+ years so have a good amount of comparison and can comfortably say we highly recommend james and the guys at Supersight Tours

Sokio was amazing!! He was thoughtful, pleasant and fun. He worked very hard to find the animals and scenes for us. We felt he was trying to get the best views of animal activity for us and he did. We saw 3 mother lions with 6 cubs and watched them for a long time as he kept re- positioning the car. He found every animal in the park. He continued to do this for each park we went to. He was our guide for 4 straight long days. He is very smart and speaks multiple languages and He is very professional. He cleaned the car before each day and restocked food. He opened the door for me and made sure we were comfortable and our needs were met!! What a truly lovely person. I plan to tell my friends and family to request him!

Excellent
We spent five truly amazing days with Omari frim Bobby Camping , and we could not have asked for a better guide. He exceeded all our expectations. A close family friend had recommended Bobby Camping to us, and now we completely understand why.
With more than 25 years of experience, Omari has incredible knowledge of the park. He knows exactly where to go and has eyes like no other, he spots animals that most people would easily miss. Thanks to him, we were almost always in the best possible position for sightings, often experiencing incredible moments that others could only hear about later on the radio.
Omari was also always happy to share his knowledge. He explained the animals’ behaviour, the ecosystem, and the landscape in a very engaging way, which made the experience even more special.
During our safari we were lucky enough to see baby elephants, baby giraffes, baby lions, baby zebras, baby wildebeest, and even a baby cheetah. Over the five days we saw 34 lions in total, as well as thousands of zebras and wildebeest migrating across the plains.
Omari made us feel safe, relaxed, and happy throughout the entire trip. No matter how long the day was, even after driving more than eight hours he was always cheerful, patient, and enthusiastic.
The entire Bobby Camping team was also incredibly welcoming and professional. They organized our transport from the airport to our hotel and arranged a magical day in Arusha, which was the perfect way to start our adventure.
It was truly an unforgettable experience, and we would highly recommend both Omari and Bobby Camp to anyone planning a safari in Tanzania.

Indescribable and amazing resource for our trip to Africa
MoAfrica Tours, Rishen, was a great communicator from the beginning guiding me through my questions and to the right camp for our incredible safari. He also helped with our trip to Victoria Falls. This company helped us out in a crisis (make sure you have two empty pages in the back of your passport when entering South Africa) and we were SO GRATEFUL!! Rishen was so helpful and we send our gratitude to the team. This is a highly recommended company. We were referred to this company and we are so grateful we went with them. Exceptional service, terrific variety, amazing guides
Quotes, changes to itinerary and questions pre tour were dealt with very efficiently. My tour was exceptional thanks to respectful, caring and thoughtful guides and driver Anna & Gerrard going above and beyond. Occasionally when photo opportunities didnt arise with locals and animals they created them. The tour had terrific variety and the surprise zip gliding through rainforests was really appreciated. True value for money. Thanks heaps!

Packed with adventures
We had a truly lovely safari experience from start to finish. The planning and organization were excellent, and Nancy, who helped with the booking, was incredibly flexible and helpful throughout the whole process. She made everything easy and smooth for us, which we really appreciated.
The itinerary itself was very well thought out and flowed nicely. During the safaris we were incredibly lucky and saw so many animals, including some that are quite rare to spot, like a leopard, cheetahs, and even both black and white rhinos.
Daniel, our guide, was very kind and he made sure we always felt comfortable and well taken care of during the drives.
The accommodations were amazing, and the food was extremely good, which made the whole experience even more special. It was also really nice to support a local business, which made the trip feel more personal and authentic.
Overall it was a wonderful experience and we would happily recommend this safari to others.

Okavango Adventure
Having spent 10 days with Sox and his crew camping in Moremi Game Reserve, we felt very well taken care of and were impressed by the attention to detail Sox gave to the organization of our trip. He and his crew of 3 were very professional and tuned into the individual needs of the 6 members of our group. As a guide, Sox had a sixth sense about where to find animals and accurately reading their behaviours. Every day there was an exciting and sometimes rare sighting and we were all sad to leave at the end. We felt safe at all times given Sox's lifetime of experience living around the wildlife, and the caution he used when there was potential danger. Our cook consistently prepared delicious meals with good variety including freshly baked bread - he clearly loved and took pride in his cooking. The 2 assistants did the work of setting up and breaking camp and generally kept things in order with precision and efficiency. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and the warmth, friendliness and sense of humour that Sox and each of his crew had contributed greatly to this.
