Very organises, proactive and kind
The staff was very kind and always available to any question. I did not have any issue, the organization of the flight tickets, ground transportation and accomodation in the mara park was perfect. I really enjoyed my time there and will strongly recommend this company

Great week seeing amazing wildlife with resourceful tour guide
We saw more than we could have hoped for during our week, with a great number of lions, elephants, giraffes, wildebeests, zebras, and a few cheetahs and rhinos. We were able to see lions mating and some crocodiles eating a wildebeest. The communication was very good before the safari and during, especially from Irene. The service was great, with Mussa cooking very good food and Yasin catering to our every need. Yasin did a great job of helping us see cool wildlife, navigate across the parks (Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Lake Manyara, Tarangire), and keeping us supplied with water.
The jeep did break down one night, leaving us sitting for about two hours before we were able to get back to camp. Yasin did his best to repair the vehicle early in the morning, but we did lose about two hours of a Serengeti game drive one day because of it. Overall, Unveiled was a great value for our money, a budget safari that had a few bumps in the road but was an incredible experience. Thank you to the wonderful team who made our experience in Tanzania unforgettable.

Mustafa was an exceptional safari guide throughout Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro. Professiona
Mustafa was an exceptional safari guide throughout Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro. Professional, knowledgeable, and always taking us to the best spots. His driving was incredibly smooth even on rough safari roads, and his knowledge of wildlife, animals, and Maasai culture made the experience even more special. Highly recommended!

A safari turned nightmare
We booked a "14-Day Kenya & Tanzania Budget and Midrange Group Cruiser Safari" for August 10–23, 2026.
From day one, we noticed that the 4x4 Land Cruiser was in poor condition—dirty and lacking proper suspension.
That very afternoon, the vehicle broke down, and the entire group had to be split up among other vehicles to continue to the Masai Mara. Naturally, we couldn't take our luggage with us; we didn't get it back until around 9:00 PM, when the vehicle finally arrived—supposedly repaired.
On the second day, during the game drive in the Masai Mara, the vehicle broke down again, and once more, we had to be distributed among other vehicles.
We had been asking for a different vehicle since day one, but apparently, that wasn't possible; however, the third day went smoothly.
On the fourth day, en route to Amboseli, the vehicle broke down yet again, and this time we made our dissatisfaction with the agency very clear! Aware of the many negative reports indicating that vehicles in Tanzania were even worse than those in Kenya, the agency offered us two options:
- An upgrade to a private vehicle for an additional fee of $3,200!
- A return to Nairobi and a $7,200 refund for the Tanzania portion of the trip.
Since we refused the paid upgrade, the only option they gave us was to return to Nairobi, with them "offering" us two nights at the After 40 Hotel—and a ruined vacation.
We met Lina Margaret at the hotel on August 16; she apologized and assured us we would receive a prompt refund. After a bogus bank transfer (the proof provided wasn't even stamped by the bank), a failed attempt via Pesapal—which cut ties with the agency due to insufficient funds in their account—and a request from me to use Wise, it is now September 4, 2026, and we are still waiting for a refund!
We had no choice but to file a police report and alert the TRA, who confirmed they are looking into the matter.
My wife posted a review on safaribookings.com; the agency responded with lies, claiming to safaribookings.com that we had never traveled with them... and the review was removed...
They keep giving us the runaround, claiming they are a small agency with limited resources but promising to refund us. I even proposed a payment schedule, but still nothing...
Upon closer inspection, they have nothing but 5/5 reviews on safaribookings.com and Google; this seems suspicious and leads me to believe the reviews were generated by AI.
I will update this review once we have been refunded.

Trip Review: 3-Day Golden Monkey & Gorilla Trek (Rwanda & Uganda)
Rating: 4.5/5 Stars
Overview
Just completed an incredible 3-day adventure tracking golden monkeys and mountain gorillas across Rwanda and Uganda with Bush Craft Safaris.
Starting and ending in Kigali, this fast-paced tour hit every major highlight and delivered unforgettable wildlife encounters. A special shoutout to our guide, David Kato, who helped make the experience fantastic.
Itinerary Highlights
Day 1 (Volcanoes National Park, Rwanda): Traveled from Kigali to Volcanoes National Park for golden monkey tracking. Stayed overnight at The Garden Place Hotel—comfortable, convenient, and set us up well for the journey into Uganda.
Day 2 (Mgahinga Gorilla National Park, Uganda): The main event! Trekking to see the mountain gorillas was a life-changing experience. We stayed at the Amajambere Iwacu Community Camp, which offered wonderful local hospitality and a great atmosphere, though the location turned out to be at a different park entrance than where our gorilla trek actually started.
Day 3 (Return to Kigali): Wrapped up the trip with a smooth transfer back across the border to Kigali.
Pros & Tips
Guide Service: David Keto was our friendly guide throughout the entire trip.
Unbeatable Wildlife: Seeing both golden monkeys and mountain gorillas in three days is a fantastic itinerary.
Note on Camp Location: While Amajambere Iwacu Community Camp is wonderful, double-check which gate your specific gorilla trek departs from to avoid extra travel time in the morning.

The best experience we could have had!
My friend and I did a “midrange” type safari and did not expect our jeep tour to be private!! Of all the safari’s we did this was the best one. The owner and his wife greeted us personally at our starting point, and brought us surprise gift baskets. We loved our guide, who was so knowledgeable and friendly. And the style of jeep with the lifted roof so we could stand up to look outside was the best. Other safaris had a different style of jeep that only allows sitting.

Very helpful in all the steps of the booking and trip
My girlfriend and I have just finished four unforgettable days of safari, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations.
We started in Tsavo West, with its dramatic landscapes and beautiful wildlife, then spent two amazing days in Amboseli, which was definitely the park that impressed us the most. We finished our trip in Tsavo East, bringing an incredible safari to a perfect end.
One of the absolute highlights was seeing a cheetah right at the side of the road. It was a breathtaking moment and something we will never forget.
Of course, everyone goes on safari hoping to see the Big Five, but this trip reminded us that African nature is so much more than that. The landscapes, colourful birds, plants, smaller animals and constantly changing scenery were all part of what made the experience so special.
Maurice was extremely helpful, responsive and attentive throughout the organisation of the trip. We especially appreciated that he personally came to welcome us on arrival, despite having travelled a long way to meet us. That personal touch meant a lot.
Our guide, Samuel, was simply fantastic. He was kind, patient, attentive and incredibly knowledgeable about the parks, wildlife and the best routes to take. He always seemed to know where to go to maximise our chances of seeing animals, while also sharing interesting information throughout the drives. He played a huge role in making the safari so memorable.
And as a bonus, Samuel was also an excellent Swahili teacher! 😊 By the end of the trip, we had learned many new words and expressions.
Asante sana, Samuel! Safari ilikuwa nzuri sana na hatutaisahau — thank you for an unforgettable adventure! 🇰🇪
We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better safari experience. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a well-organised, personal and memorable safari in Kenya.
