Our safari exceeded every expectation. Duncan, our driver and guide, was absolutely phenomenal. His knowledge, expertise, and passion were evident every step of the journey, and he made the experience so much more meaningful. We walked away not only with incredible memories, but also with a deeper appreciation and understanding of the culture, wildlife, and country itself.
Every driver we had for our group was communicative, professional, and incredibly accommodating to any requests we had throughout the trip. The level of service, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests made us feel comfortable and well taken care of from start to finish.

Great experience
We had a wonderful time on our tour. Our guide Baslewis was very passionate and knowledgeable about the wildlife and made a big effort to strike up conversations and get to know us during the tour - which made it more enjoyable. We saw the big 5, and the ugly 5. All the places we stayed were comfortable and clean. On our last day the company generously surprised us with a night safari (after a permit mix up) which made the tour even more special! All in all a great and very memorable experience and it was one of the more affordable Packages that was proposed to us.

Raheem was excellent 👌 💯 maneuvering around the park with good driving and communication skills.
It was incredible with the help of Winny and Raheem we managed to see the big five and all the animals that exists in Maasai Mara

Great provider for Mt. Kenya trekking
I was on a 5 day trip to Mt Kenya and had a great time. John and the team did a excellent job on our way up to the highest mountain of Kenya.
On time, food was good and people very welcoming.
We even made some little side treks as we were a little faster.
The overall communication could be a little better before the tour starts.

Professional and responsive
This was one of the best tour companies I have worked with, and I have travelled to over 70 countries. When Ebola caused me to need to change my itinerary at the last minute due to complications with other countries I needed to travel to, Lulu safaris worked with me to find an alternative that would work and adjusted with patience and kindness. My tour guide Audence for the 5 days I spent in Rwanda was outstanding - definitely world class! Audence is a treasure! The entire visit was flawless, thanks to him and his foresight, double checking and meticulous planning. We enjoyed many delightful conversations admiring the long drives, and he always ensured I was comfortable and answered my many questions. If you are lucky enough to have Audence as your driver/guide, you are in for a treat!

Fantastic and professional above all.
Communication from start to finish has been great, they have made out group feel really special. The tour itself has been brilliant, Gilbert is like a human encyclopedia with an insane off the cuff knowledge. Gilbert made such a clear effort to make sure we got to see everything we wanted to, using his years of experience to get us into the best spot for what we wanted to see. The lunch was surprisingly good considering we are out in the bush, nice to have some hot food. They have been on time and cant find a fault really. Once again, shout out to Gilbert for making the trip a lifetime experience, would book with this company again in a heartbeat.

Went above and beyond - exceptional
Gilbert was the perfect tour guide, he went above and beyond, asked what we wanted to see and knew the areas in and out, and we found everything we wanted to see. He was lovely to talk to and very knowldgable, after 12 years of experience he seemed to know more than other tour guides as we were always the first to arrive at a certain animal. 100% recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Big 5 safari adventure!
We had an incredible 4 days finding all of the big 5 and the ugly 5! Our tour guide Sir Charles was amazing! We didn’t miss out on any of the animals and always managed to get the best viewing spot!
Axis organised our transfers impeccably we were collected from our accommodation before the safari and returned to our next accommodation.
Sir Charles was so knowledgeable about all the animals and was full of local knowledge
