Incredibly clear communication
I was living in Tanzania at the time and had a week before heading home, so I wanted to patronize a Safari company truly run by Tanzanians. They put together an amazing tour for us, picking us up at the airport, taking us straight to Materuni for a a coffee tour with Wilfed.
We stayed at a small, simple hotel in Mto Wa Mbu. The food was amazing, the premises were clean, and it was a very laid back atmosphere. The food packed for each of three safaris was cooked at the hotel, and I was happy to see them using stainless steel containers and plates to reduce the amount of trash we were creating. William was a great driver who understood that we wanted to see as much as possible but didn't really need to talk or be loud in the van, and he made sure to find the best spots and allow to sit in silence and absorb it all in.
In total, for 4 days, 3 nights, 3 safaris in 3 different parks, and a coffee tour in the foothills of mount Kilimanjaro cost each of us under $600 USD. It was the offseason, so I think prices were lower than usual, but I would happily pay more for an experience like that again.
100/100

Excellent
The service was excellent throughout the entire experience, from the moment I requested information. The sales team leader, the logistics manager, and our safari guide, David, all ensured the trip was incredible and exactly what I was looking for. The value for money was also superior to other companies I contacted for quotes. I highly recommend them and would definitely travel with them again.

Amazing experience
Teddy at Arzoni Safaris has been absolutely outstanding. He was incredibly patient in understanding our needs and tailoring the entire itinerary to suit our family. The accommodations he arranged were excellent, and we cannot thank the staff enough for going the extra mile — especially in looking after our daughter during her gastro episode. Their care and attention meant the world to us.
A special mention goes to Simon and Gideon — our Maasai family in Kenya. Their warmth, knowledge, and genuine kindness made our trip unforgettable. They didn’t just guide us; they welcomed us into their world and made every moment meaningful.
Arzoni Safaris delivered an experience far beyond a holiday. It felt like being looked after by family

Best family holiday experience
We booked a safari with SSS and we couldn’t be more happy with the service we received. Sharon’s communication throughout the whole booking experience was excellent. She was always happy to answer questions and responded promptly to all messages on WhatsApp.
our guide was Abdul and he was so lovely and we really enjoyed our safari with him. He was really kind with my children answering questions constantly and nothing seemed too much trouble.
We managed to see all the big 5 and had a brilliant few days away. My feedback for anyone else booking is take a jacket as it can be cold in the morning and evenings and we just went with shorts and t shirts.
I would definitely recommend this company. We were totally satisfied with our trip!

Generally satisfied.
・I participated in a 3-day, 2-night tour; although the game drive on the first day was only 2–3 hours long, it still required an entrance fee, so I opted to join only the game drive on the second day to save money. Even so, I was able to enjoy a full day of safari activities and was very satisfied with the experience. The guide also provided plenty of commentary about the animals.
There was no set end time for the game drive, and we had no subsequent plans, so we were free to return to our accommodation whenever we liked; however, the guide seemed eager to wrap things up by late afternoon—hurrying us along for some reason whenever we stopped to take photos—which I found a bit unpleasant.
・When I went to the river to see hippos, I was guided by an armed guard, but I felt uncomfortable because I was essentially forced to give a tip. However, since there were so many other people around, I don't think this practice is limited to just this tour company.
・The price included transportation, but for the return trip, I wasn't taken back to my hotel; instead, I was told to take a taxi from the office—for some reason, they wouldn't drive me. Since it was only 1.5 km away, I walked. However, other people whose hotels were on the way back *were* given a ride.
・This is slightly off-topic regarding the tour company itself, but I stayed at a partner budget-friendly accommodation. Another person on the same tour forgot their wallet there; they were contacted about it, but 1,000 KSH had been stolen from it.

Excellent service from Kibe and our guide Caxton
We arranged a 3 day / 2 night trip after attending a conference in Nairobi. Kibe was extremely helpful with the planning and discussing options. Our guide, Caxton, was amazing! Excellent driver (road to Maasai Mara is not for the fainthearted) and made our game drive unforgettable! It was during migration season and I could not believe how many animals we saw! Zebras and wildebeest were everywhere. We saw lions, an elusive leopard in the tree with prey, a cheetah near our vehicle, hippos, elephant herds and many more! Sadly no rhinos. The land cruiser was comfortable and even fitted woth charging plugs. Our accommodation (Mara Chui Resort and Jambo Mara Lodge) were spectacular! I wish we had booked an extra night!
This was a memory that I will always treasure!
