Very serviceminded company and really competent driver
It was very easy to communicate with the owner of the company. He was flexible and always serviceminded. Then we met the driver Nicholas and he was the best driver you can get. He was so competent; knew where the animals could be, took us to special places, found animals others never found and he also told us much about the environment, the animals and about the society and the country. Always in a good mood. We could recommend Savannah sounds safari to everyone who wants a unique experience outside the big companies.

Really excellent, going out of their way to ensure the best experience for their customers.
Gorilla tracking in Uganda has always been top of our bucket list, but we also wanted to see the best that Uganda could offer. Our guide, Mark and trainee Joel went out of their way to make sure our experience lived up to our expectations. They became more than just tour guides and ended up as friends by the end of the trip. The gorilla tracking was of course the highlight, but chimpanzee tracking and the boat trip along the Kazinga Channel, where we saw over a hundred elephants along the riverside, were also incredible. All of the lodges were wonderful, with excellent service, food and amazing scenery. Mark was a much more than a fabulous tour guide, always phoning ahead to make sure everything was sorted for our arrival. Bush Craft Safaris did a great job all round and I would thoroughly recommend them if you want a value for money and personable trip to Uganda whilst taking in all the sights this amazing country has to offer.

What an experience!!!! Mr Amazing (Nelson) was such a vibe. We really enjoyed our safari. We spotted four of the big five and whoa! We also spotted five of the ugly five. I didn't know there is something called the ugly five. What an experience! I would highly recommend the safari with Mr Amazing

Professional and with great value!
Just amazing! I was followed through all the booking process and the staff helped me choose the best option for my needs! I traveled with my wife and kids of 10 and 13! From the airport pick up to all the safari everything was even better than what we could immagine! The accommodations in the lodges were beautiful and the staff treated us very well! Food was good but last of all the driver Kindu showed us all the best of Tarangeri, Serengeti and Ngorongoro! We were lucky to wake up and start drives with lion view! Experience we will never forget!

What impressed us the most was his ability to track and find animals. Thanks to his experience and determination, we saw far more wildlife than we expected, including some truly unforgettable moments.
Alvin was patient, friendly, and always happy to answer our questions about the animals, nature, and the parks. We always felt safe, well taken care of, and confident that we were in the hands of an experienced guide.

Incredible planning of every detail
From the very start, Losim at Kojuu Safari went above and beyond for us. We had a group of 8 people interested in going to Tanzania, with 4 of us wanting to do Gorilla trekking in Rwanda before the 12-day Tanzania/Zanzibar trip. Two people from our group were celebrating their 40th birthday, which was the catalyst for all of us to go. Losim took everything in stride and planned the Rwanda trip for the group of 4, coordinating our meetup days in Tanzania, and got us the best guides (we LOVED Noel and Emanuel!) and we also hired a photographer (also named Emanuel, and he was fantastic) for the safari portion of the trip. We told Losim our budget up front and he provided options that were on the lower end but also gave us an idea of what we could get if we paid just a bit more. We decided to go with his suggestion of paying a little more, and we cannot describe how gorgeous and luxurious our accommodations were from start to finish. The value was unbelievable and there's no way we would have been able to navigate it on our own. Losim also made sure we had transfers from each spot, provided options for activities (like an add-on hot air balloon ride that was absolutely worth it), and was on call at all times during our trip for any questions we had. I cannot recommend Kojuu Safaris enough, and I will rave about their expert team and this whole amazing trip they planned for us for a loooong time. Thank you so much!!!
Olsero has a phenomenal team that provides a safe and rewarding safari experience.
Our safari with Olsero was extremely enjoyable and stress-free. Faraja, our tour coordinator/guide, and the drivers are all very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and friendly. They patiently and effectively answered our questions and provided information about the parks, which made the safari an excellent learning and enjoyable experience. Faraja is proactive. He takes care of issues before they negatively impact the tour experience. He is also extremely helpful. All said, Faraja, Emmanuel ( our excellent driver and safari -parks “encyclopedia” ) and other members of the Olsero team we interacted with provided a safe and unforgettable experience. Excellent value for money!

Very friendly, informative, helpful, and fun!
Aslam was a very amazing tour guide, he had great energy, was very friendly, and educated on all the different animals and where to go for all our needs. Even for small things like me forgetting my charger before the balloon ride he went out of his way to grab it for me when we met up again, also stopped by to get me bug spray. Small things like that made the safari trip even better with him. I would recommend him to everyone wanting to go on a safari!
