We had the most amazing 6 days with Serengeti Smile as a family of 5 adults. From the moment we enquired about the booking, the communication from the office staff was fantastic and they were so helpful with advice and answering our questions.
Our guide, Champion, was incredible. He took care of absolutely everything - not just spotting and finding amazing animals but making sure we were always comfortable, the Land Cruiser was super clean, and I have to mention his excellent off-road driving skills!
Our accomodations were wonderful, particularly the Southern Serengeti Migration Camp, which is owned and run by the same company. Unbelievably attentive and kind staff, who even surprised us with a birthday cake.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Smile Serengeti to absolutely everybody - a fantastic, local tour operator, who have earned every single one of their 5* reviews!

Our safari trip with Serengeti Smile was an absolute joy from start to finish. Our guide Champion was brilliant in every way: he spotted animals from miles away and helped us find much much more than big five! His driving skills were outstanding and we enjoyed some great chases, mud sliding and uphill climbs - all done in exceptionally fun and safe way! Our lunches were prepped, packed and nicely delivered to us daily and all clean up was also done by Champion with great care for environment making sure we done leave anything behind. We only had a transfer from the Kruger park to Johannesburg by Tiyani. It was good. The only thing is that the wifi was very spotty in the mountains, probably due to lack of cell service.

This was a great option for our first day in Entebbe. After a long flight we didn’t want to do too much. This excursion fits all the right boxes. Not to strenuous, amazing guide Patrick, field guides truly knew their material and boatsman safely handled the boats. We were able to see not only a very large Shoebill but also a juvenile. The pit stop at the equator sign finished a perfect day
