We highly recommend your Safari with Classic Journeys!
5/5

Really, everything was very smooth and efficient from beginning to end. We especially loved our driver/guide - Sammy!!
He went above and beyond to enable us to enjoy and experience the best of a safari!! The Masai Mara Sopa Lodge was
amazing! It was a great value for the cost also!
Thank You Classic journeys.

Delivered as promised, easy to deal with.
5/5

Most of the communication was via email except for the odd call from Cuan to clarify things that I misunderstood or misinterpreted. The tour met all expectations.
What was even more impressive, was when we had questions or concerns while we were in Africa we were able to get prompt answers from Ubuntu

very professional, knowledgeable and so incredibly friendly
5/5

I have been communicating with James for about 10 months prior to our trip, he has been very professional and patient to help us organize the best safari for our family. We went on a 9 days safari, visiting Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro crater and the beautiful Serengeti. The tented lodge and camps suggested were great. The Toyota landcruiser was super comfortable and had lots of space to move around.
John was our guide and driver, he is so friendly, knows so much about wildlife, different tribes, the culture of Tanzania and was very enthusiastic to share his knowledge. He has lots of humour and is passionate about his job. I love photography and he knew how to position the jeep to get the best light, where to go for an amazing sunset/sunrise. We also brought footballs to play with kids in villages, John was happily playing with our family and the kids. It was an amazing experience. We were sad to leave this amazing place and our new friend. Asante Sana John and James.

Amazing safari that exceeded all our expectations!!!
5/5

We are a family (2 kids - 12y and 14y) that is travelling a lot: Malaysia, Peru, China, Brazil, Italy, Caribbean, Argentina, India, Europe… I must admit that the trip to Tanzania was one of our top 3 and this is mostly due to the Safari we did with Mussa’s company and Isack, our guide.

I shop extensively for a safari and we finally decided to settle with Roam Serengeti Safari because they were the company that was offering us the biggest bang for the buck. Our 9 days safari exceeded all our expectations. It was a perfect mix of sightseeing and cultural adventures. Isack started as our guide and end up as our friend. He was able to find and show us the most incredible wildlife (lions, cheetahs, buffalo, wild beast Mara river crossing…) and some of the most beautiful sceneries of our life. The sightseeing between the south and north part of Serengeti was just unreal!

We did visit 3 parks (Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro) intertwined with days spend with local communities and aboriginal tribes (Hadzabe). The 9 days just went smooth with no downtime. The accommodation at night were just perfect and when a small hiccup happened with one of them, Isack did contact Mussa immediately and the situation was resolved within minutes.

I recommend 100% Roaming Serengeti Safari and would suggest you extend your Safari. There is so much to see! I think this place deserves more than the 4-5 days safari that most are doing.

We did not see as many animals in this park as the others because the park offers so many more hiding places for the animals but it was at Tsavo when we encountered the leopard which completed our big 5!

This was the first park we encountered on the road and it was so exciting to see giraffes all taking a drink in the river, elephants munching on leaves, zebras and crocodiles along the shore by our hotel.

We took our balloon ride over the Maasai Mara National Reserve and saw the migration as well as many lions. The Maasai Mara is a huge park with bad roads but the animals were great and we saw a Maasai tribe as well.

We rented bikes to ride in, entrance fees for non-Kenyans are way too high! Bikes were not safe, however, sand on the road and no tread on the tires of the bikes. Hike in to the Devil's Bedroom was more than I was ready for, but beautiful once we got there.

About: Kenya
Going to Kenya was a grand adventure!

5/5

We booked our trip with O.T. of Kenya Walking Survivor Safaris. O.T. and I exchanged many emails prior to the visit and we got everything set up just as we wanted it. We were met at the airport and stayed a couple days in Nairobi prior to going out on the road with Albert. We felt very safe with Albert at all times and he was attentive to what we wanted to see and do. August was a great time to go to Kenya, temperatures were very pleasant. We saw the entire Big 5! We also visited a couple tribes and an orphanage. There was one issue with a lodge, which I think O.T. has now taken care of and we were refunded for the part we overpaid for it. Bottled water was provided for us the entire journey and we got boxed lunches daily from the lodge when we were on the road. We took a hot air balloon ride which was spectacular, followed by a lovely breakfast set up in the bush. What an experience!
